She graduated from the Department of Mathematics at East China Normal University, the Department of Mathematics at Peking University, and the Department of Education at Tokyo Gakugei University. She has been a teacher at Tsinghua University High School since graduation over 20 years ago. She believes that it takes ten years to grow trees, but a hundred years to rear people. She always stands in the perspective of promoting the development of students, convinced that sustainable education is education of the future.

He leads the Learning Technology group which provides services in innovative systems development, multimedia content development and training and support. At UNNC he is currently pursuing initiatives in teaching and learning analytics, and the use of mixed reality and touch surfaces for learning. Prior to his current appointment, Clayton worked in higher education technology and publishing at Cengage Learning, a multinational corporation based in the USA. As Director of Learning Sciences, he led the company efforts toward a Next Generation Learning Platform by successfully integrating adaptive tools into the MindTap platform, and designing an assessment engine consistent with QTI specifications. Clayton has an extensive background in faculty development, and a real passion for helping other teachers be their best. He has consulted with dozens of US colleges and universities on best practices of using technology in the classroom, and served as Technology Editor for the online TeamUP Faculty Development Portal. He has presented at hundreds of workshops and conferences including the national conferences of the American Educational Research Association and the American Psychological Association. Clayton has over a decade of experience in the college classroom, both face to face and online. He has taught educational and adolescent psychology at the University of Florida and the University of North Florida.

Mr. Wu leads design of several culture & education projects, devoted to creation R&D, construction drawing control, construction implementation and utilization tracking of the whole architectural design process, research and design of green building. He is adept in endowing the education building deeper connotation by incorporating traditional Chinese culture so as to inject spirit vitality into the building. Beijing Shijia Primary School, Dalian Experimental Branch School of Beijing National Day School, renovation of reading room of Shijia Primary School, north cluster of TJU new campus, Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city international school (co-designed) and many other education building designed by Mr. Wu are completed and put into use, many of which receive national level awards. The Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city international school project (co-designed) is awarded three-star of national green building (LEED). Mr. Wu publishes architectural culture and green building articles in the most influential architecture magazine of China, such as Time Architecture and ArchiCreation. The latest representative work is Yangzhuang Branch Tongzhou District of Beijing Shijia Primary School. 周博士毕业于国立清华大学化学系,获得美国密歇根州立大学化学硕士学位与材料科学博士学位。曾任美国德雷塞尔大学研究员和兼任教授,新竹工研院材料所研究员和生医材料研究计划经理。后投入海外中小学国际化教育,曾任雅加达台北国际学校总校长、泰国曼谷中华国际学校总校长和台北奎山实验中小学校长,并于2008年加入北京市中芯学校担任执行校董,2017年开始兼任上海民办中芯学校执行校董。在科技发展与教育工作二十余年经验中,周博士有从幼儿园到研究所的实务管理经验,尤其在亲子教育、品格教育、科学与生活等方面颇有建树,并发表二十余篇论文著作。他常担任各级学校、工商企业、成长团体讲师,提供企业人力资源和员工品格教育培训课程,常在报刊杂志上发表品格成长与家庭教育的相关文章。 Dr. CHOU graduated from the Department of Chemistry of National Tsinghua University. He received a master's degree in chemistry from Michigan State University and a doctorate in materials science. He worked as a researcher and adjunct professor at the University of Drexel, a materials researcher, and a research project manager for biomedical materials at Hsinchu Institute of Technology. He devoted himself into primary and secondary education overseas, and became principal of Jakarta Taipei School, principal of Thai-Chinese International School, and principal of Taipei Kuei Shan School. He joined Beijing SMIC Private School in 2008 and became its executive director, and was appointed in 2017 as chancellor of the SMIC Private School in Shanghai. During more than 20 years of working in the fields of scientific research and education, Dr. Chou has gained management experience ranging from kindergartens to research institutes. He has particular interests in parenting, character education, and the relationship between science and life, and published more than 20 research papers. He often speaks for schools at all levels, industrial and commercial enterprises, and self-development study groups, providing human resources and character training courses. He is active in writing for newspapers and magazines on character development and family education.

Founded in 1993, Zhejiang Yuying Education Group is one of the earliest companies to build private nonprofit boarding schools in China. It currently consists of 4 schools in 3 cities in Zhejiang Province on the east coast of China, with more than 15,000 students and 1,500 staff. Dr Anita Zhou obtained her Bachelor, Master and PhD degrees in Psychology from University College London and the University of Cambridge from 2005 to 2013. During her years at the University of Cambridge, she was Project Tutor for undergraduates. In 2014, invited by the Psychology Department of East China Normal University, Dr Anita Zhou returned to China as a Lecturer and has since become an active contributor to the academic circle in China. He has worked in construction and industry as a Safety Director as well as a Certified Building Code Inspector. He later worked 13 years at Cornell University as their Senior Safety Specialist ensuring all aspects of campus safety. He has worked closely with OSHA towards earning Cornell a “Star rating”. For the past five years, he holds the title of Operation Director of Chengdu ISC Experimental School. Tim is fortunate to speak English as well as Mandarin. On a personal note, Tim spent his informative years growing up in Taiwan while attending an international boarding school. He has a broad perspective on the ins and outs of an international school.

A fluent Mandarin speaker, she has an undergraduate degree from Goucher College in English Language and Literature with Honors and post-graduate certification in Montessori Elementary Education. In addition to her extensive teaching experience, Jennifer has consulted with hundreds of families on their educational plans, academic needs, and long-term options for schooling locally and internationally through her work as Founder of The Learning Center and Administrative Principal of Hyde Academy. As the mother of three American-Chinese sons, Jennifer has a great appreciation for the concerns of parents as they navigate the international school waters and try to find the best fit for their children in China and abroad. As part of this process, she has visited more than 60 boarding schools in the U.S. as well as international, bilingual, and local Chinese schools across China to better understand how local Chinese students engage and learn in western educational environments. In her role as an administrator, Jennifer has also worked with international and local teachers to identify gaps in understanding while encouraging mutual respect and enhancing teaching practices on both sides to ensure the success of the students in their care.

Su is the director of the Institute for International and Comparative Education as well as the director of the future school laboratory at National Institute of Educational Sciences of China. Her field of study is an international comparative study of future schools, school buildings/learning spaces, and STEM-field education. Su lead over 10 researches and projects regarding fields of science and technology; she also played an important role in key decision making and research work. Furthermore, she participated in the technology department’s “2001-2005 Chinese Youth Development of Science and Technology”. China Association for Science and Technology " A Strategic Demonstration of the Outline of the Long - term Educational Reform and Development Plan of the Ministry of Education. 2003 implementation of the "2001-2005 Chinese Youth Development of Science and Technology" implementation of the project, as the Ministry of Science and Technology outstanding projects. 2006 by the China Association for Science and Technology "civil science quality supervision and evaluation of basic research" project as outstanding achievements. Su published eight books and more than 40 papers. She received second place in the third national education science outstanding achievement awards. Su also received first place in the Central Educational Science Research Institute decision-making service award, and second place in scientific research. In 2014, she led the launch of China's future school innovation program, which currently covers more than 400 schools in more than 20 districts.

This is his first international posting from an educational perspective. He joined the Royal Air Force (RAF) in 1981 at 17 years of age and grew into his career, working his way through the non-commissioned ranks before winning a place at Initial Officer Training and subsequently gaining his commission in 1998. He graduated from Engineer Specialist Training as a Mechanical Engineer serving on numerous aircraft squadrons and was deployed on a number of overseas tours of duty. His work in the RAF saw him employed on many diverse projects, ranging from stripping an aircraft ejection seat into approximately 2000 pieces before maintaining testing and reassembling, to managing a team in excess of 120 personnel whilst on deployment in the Gulf. Following his departure from a hugely enjoyable 25 years in the RAF, Shaun became a project manager working for BAE Systems and Raytheon Aircraft Division, where his work took him across Europe and North America. He then spotted an opportunity to develop his career within an educational establishment and having gained an understanding of the role, ensured that he got the School onto a sound financial footing that was sustainable and innoivative. He also became one of the first School Business Managers to lead and develop teaching and pastoral areas within a school and gained exceptionally good success rates.
