Baoshan Shantian is an agricultural company that integrates planting, breeding and Organic fertilizer processing.

In 2008, Yunnan Baoshan Shantian Planting Co., Ltd. was established, planting 2000 acres of rare plant, yew and Torreya.

In 2013, the company invested and built the Shantian standardized farm of live pigs with a scale of tens of thousands in    Baoshan，the farm covers an area of 100 mu and

Pigs are sold 24,000 per year.

In 2014, Yunnan Baoshan Shantian Bio-organic Fertilizer Co., Ltd. was established with a total investment of 35 million yuan.

The annual output is 100,000 tons.

In 2016, Baoshan Shantian established Yunnan Haoshengzhang Breeding Co., Ltd., and built a farm that will produce 100,000 live pigs per year.

In 2017, Baoshan Shuangshan Biotechnology Co., Ltd. was established to carry out paclitaxel bio-extraction on rare trees, yew and Torreya.

Based on the enterprise resources of the planting company and the breeding company, Baoshan Shantian has gradually formed a mutually beneficial circular agricultural economic development model that integrated farming，Plantain and organic fertilizer production.

The company makes full use of peat, pond mud, tobacco, crop straw, oil residue, coffee grounds, livestock manure and agricultural product processing waste as the main raw materials for rapid decomposing fermentation and scientific preparation to produce high-quality bio-organic fertilizer suitable for various plants and crops. Through the field experiment, it has the functions of breaking the soil compaction, long-term water conservation and fertilizer conservation, improving crop yield, improving the quality of agricultural products, and restoring the original ecology of crops. This not only solves the waste and pollution of livestock and poultry breeding waste, but also solved the problem of fertilizer and pesticide damage to soil, pollution to ecological environment.
