Since the official launch of the 8th International Macadamia symposium in 2018, it has received wide attention from all over the world, and the nut industry colleagues from all over the world have signed up for it. As of September 16, one month before the current symposium, the number of applicants has reached 270 and all of them have confirmed to attend. At present, the preparations for the conference are in progress steadily.

The symposium attracted a total of 28 countries and regions’ representatives and participants of nuts industry, who come from Australia, South Africa, Brazil, Vietnam, the International Association of Nuts and Dried Fruits (INC) will attend the symposium, too;  Companies including Macadamia Nut Processing Company (MPC), Macadamia Marketing International (MMI), Golden Macadamias of South Africa (GOLDEN) will participate in the symposium. The three well-known domestic nuts enterprises QiaQia Food, Three Squirrels, YunAoDa will also Participate.

This is the first time that the International Macadamia Symposium held in China. The 65 top macadam industry experts and entrepreneurs as spokespersons bring professional and wonderful speeches and the latest industry-wide chain technology and market information. The symposium will provide a platform for Chinese and foreign nut industry participants to learn from each other, exchange information and experience, and create unlimited business opportunities for exploring the international market. It is also a major opportunity for the development of nut industry in Yunnan and even in China.
