How to use effective measures to protect and keep forests has become the most important issue at present.

Walnut genus, with high plant height, large crown, thick branches, thick green leaves, beautiful tree shape, long life, developed root system, strong growth, deep roots in the roots, wide distribution of lateral roots, prevents damages from wind and natural disasters. Due to the local topography, it is impossible to form large-scale planting and harvesting. The processing technology is backward, and it is impossible to extend the storage period of walnuts and increase the added value. Combining these difficulties, Zhou Feng and his team focused on the key links of extending the walnut industry chain, through the combination of production, learning and research, strived to restore the purest flavor of walnut with zero-additives.

On March 13, 2014, following the principle of "building the market first,building the factory later", Pulping of Yunnan Agriculture Co., Ltd has started construction of a 60,000-ton walnut milk deep processing project in Yimen Food Industry Park of Yuxi City.
