林敏先生是上海市督学、上海市民办中小学协会副会长、英国利兹大学博士。在国外大学任教多年，担任过教授博导、系主任、校长特别助理。十多年前，他回国后创办了上海西外外国语学校并任总校长。
Min Lin/ Shanghai Xiwai International School, Chief Principal
Mr. Lin is a consultant for Shanghai Education Bureau, the Vice-chairman of Shanghai Private School Association and a PhD graduate from University of Leeds. He taught at foreign universities for many years, served as a professor of the Director, Dean, Special assistant to the headmaster. About ten years ago, Mr.Lin established Shanghai Xiwai international School.
