Ticketing for the Beijinger's second annual Hot and Spicy Fest is now open – and early bird buyers for the April 20-21 festival at Beijing's Galaxy Soho can grab exclusive goodies such as discounts, bandanas, and T-shirts that mere plebians that show up on the day will not have access to.

The event will turn Galaxy Soho into a bubbling cauldron of delicious fun crammed with live music, dancing, entertainment, and of course our annual Hot Chili Pepper Eating Contest, and if last year is any indication, a crowd of approximately 10,000 hot food lovers from all walks of life.

You can secure your spot by landing an early-bird ticket for a mere RMB 25 (at-the-door prices are higher), bagging yourself a complimentary spicy-themed bandana in the process (a RMB 50 value).

Better yet, should you further want to display your love for all things spicy, you can score a T-shirt featuring our iconic "Hot Lips" logo for half price. Do it or forever or risk being relegated to the mere bland and unfashionable.

Here at the Beijinger we are prepping the 2019 fest and it is shaping up to be an absolute knockout, featuring the aforementioned two-day La Costeña Chili Pepper Eating Contest, as well as a whole host of new games such as a hot and spicy dating game, a spicy sauce testing station, and a chili roulette game for the risk-takers. To keep you moving, there'll be two full days of floor shows and entertainment, and a pumping dancefloor as night falls.

So far amongst the 40 vendors that have already signed up, you'll find spicy food from China, Mexico, the US, the Philippines, Peru, Morocco, India, and more – plus all manner of craft brews, ice cream, and other goodies.
