Kathleen Schultz
Kathleen Schultz, a dual American and Swedish citizen, has worked as a school and university counselor at the secondary level for almost 25 years. She began her international career in Europe working at two leading international schools and after 13 years decided to take on a new challenge and move to Asia. She has since worked in Bangkok, Thailand and Shanghai, China. Kathleen holds a Master’s Degree in Education Counseling and has been actively involved in professional organizations ranging from the Council of International Schools (CIS), European Council of International Schools (ECIS), EARCOS, NACAC and International ACAC. Currently, Kathleen sits on the National Association of College Admissions Counselors (NACAC) Communications Committee and the Executive Board of the International Association of College Admissions Counselors (IACAC). Kathleen is currently the Director of University Counseling at Dulwich College Shanghai Pudong and President-Elect of the International Association of College Admission Counseling. Access to education and advocacy for students and our profession are issues Kathleen is passionate about.
