Amanda Chen graduated from Beijing Institute of Technology with an IMBA degree. She has over 16 years’ experience in human resource management in the international education field. Amanda has worked as head of the foreign affairs office and HR director at Beijing Huijia Private School, Foreign affairs supervisor at China Edukeys, and HRBP supporting Intl’ Business Unit at Weiming Education Group, etc. She is also a founding member of the Dehong Beijing International Chinese School and is currently the Head of HR. Amanda has lots of practical human resource managerial experience in international schools and international education companies.

Professional educationalist with 23 years’ experience in the teaching profession, of which 19 years have been spent in leadership. Currently the Director of People and Culture at the Avenues: The World School, Shenzhen Campus. As a member of the leadership team of the first campus in Shenzhen of Avenues: The World School, she is responsible for the talent management and cultural buildup of the school. Attorney Zhidong Zhao graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law, and obtained an LL.M. degree from Indiana University School of Law. He is currently the Senior Partner of Beijing S&P Shanghai Law Firm. His working languages are Chinese and English. Attorney Zhao provides legal services in securities, fund trusts, foreign investment and financing, corporate M&As, restructuring, labor law and HR compliance, and the industries include energy, retail, journalism, entertainment, education, etc. Attorney Zhao has represented well-known domestic and foreign companies in project structure design, contract negotiation, corporate restructuring and overseas listing; represented large energy companies in asset and equity M&As, negotiations, etc.; served as legal counsel to many noted companies, providing legal services such as HR compliance, dispute resolution, corporate governance.

Wang Tianyue, COO of eRoad, has 16 years’ HCM industry experience. She has been working in SAP as the Solution Director, responsible for the development of best practice solution like SAP ByD and SuccessFactor, and KA project implementation.

Gareth was born in Wales, UK, and educated at the universities of Cambridge, Exeter, London, Reading and Sheffield. His academic subjects included Music, Euopean languages, Ancient History and Philosophy. He was Headmaster of two leading private schools in the UK before his appointment as Foreign Principal at Times College, Nanjing. His passions include opera, sport, travel and reading.

Jerry Du is a senior consulting manager of Career business at Mercer. He has nearly 10 years consulting industry experiences and deep understanding about job evaluation and salary structure. Jerry Du is mainly providing compensation solution consulting services to external and internal clients, which include job analysis, job evaluation, salary structure design, salary review, data analysis, etc.. Before joining Mercer, Jerry worked in another famous global HR consulting firm for compensation related solutions. He also worked as a manager in one “Big 4” accounting firm Deals team, focused on helping clients maximise the value out of their transactions, by helping them on HR related issues pre- and post-deal. Jerry is pursuing the Dual Degree MBA of Cornell University and Tsinghua University, before that he got Dual Bachelor Degree of Management Information System & International Economic Law from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics.

Jenny Li is a Senior Associate Director in Mercer Employee Health & Benefit division in Shanghai, she has over 11 years’ industry experience and specialized in benefit benchmark and design, high-end and local medical insurance, pension plan and total solutions for all group size of clients (for both local and expats). For International education industry, she has over 10 years’ experience in providing high level risk management and benefit solution for 120+ schools. Prior to joining Mercer, Jenny held positions in sales and product development manager in two top medical benefits related brands for 10+ years. Earlier in her career, she was with HSBC UK as a project coordinator. Jenny obtained her Master degree in Engineering Project Management from University of Birmingham, UK.

MA. Education Management; MBA Kate has got 20 years’ experience in education, including 17 years in international schools, with a focus in HR and Operations. She has been working in international education groups such as Dulwich, UWC, OCAC, and EtonHouse. She was founding members of quite a number of new schools in these groups. Kate understands in depth about new school set-up, HR, operations, and admissions.

Laura Liu has 13 HR experience in international schools and bilingual international school. She used to work at International school of Beijing for 11 years with deep insight of the international school management.

Martina has over 10 years of experience in international education and international education recruitment, working in Italy, Australia and China. Since 2017 she has been managing the recruitment for all Dipont International curricula centers. Martina is fluent in English, Mandarin and Italian.
