China Candy & Snacks 2020, China Ice Cream 2020 and International Allfood Expo 2020 will be held in Ningbo International Exhibition Center from September 5 to September 7, 2020. The exhibition will be hosted by Beijing Landpeace Exhibition Co., Ltd and supported by China Food Association, Taiwan Food Industry Development Association and Hong Kong International Food Association. It has 79000 m2 exhibition area to accommodate more than 890 exhibitors and 89000 visitors.

The exhibition will be held in conjunction with “China High-end Food & Beverage Marketing Forum 2020”, “China Ice Cream & Frozen Food Marketing Forum 2020”, “Allfood Expo 2020 Gold Distributors Award Ceremony”, “Allfood Expo 2020 New High-end Food Release”, and “Allfood Expo 2020 Frozen Food Season”. Almost 753 food enterprises from all over the world brought more than ten thousand products to exhibit in the autumn exhibition of 2019 and deeply communicated and traded with the professional buyers, reaching the intended turnover of RMB9.568 billion Yuan.

    Notices for Foreign Exhibitors to Exhibit in China

    Notices for Exhibited Sample Customs Clearance in China

     

    1)  Get the passport and visa in advance.

    Passport: to apply in related government department.

    Visa: to apply in the local China Embassy with necessary documents.

     

    2) Check the item list

     

    3) Well understood about the Customs Regulations about the departure and entry (fill in the declaration form and give the declared goods to Customs for checking if necessary)

     

    4)  Book air tickets in advance, and check the boarding time.

    Note: mind the time because of the flight transfer, customs and check-in.

     

    5)  Well plan the schedule of exhibiting and move-in.

     

    6)  Book the hotel in advance.

    7)The imported exhibited goods can choose temporary entry goods supervision:


    Note:

    1. No tariff needed temporarily when imported;

    2. Usually, no need to check the permit license when imported.

    3. The Customs’ requirement on temporarily imported goods: to provide tariff guarantee when imported.

    4. For temporarily exported goods under ATA, CCPIT(CCOIC) will provide guarantee to GAC. The temporarily exported goods not listed in ATA, the ad-dresser and consignee should provide guarantee to local Customs.

    5. The exhibited goods should leave the country within 6 months.

    When the additional period is needed because of special case, the consignee, the holder of license should apply to Customs for the extension procedure. The extension should not be over 3 times, and each time should not be over 6 months.

     

    As per related regulations, the imported exhibited goods are tariff and linkage tax free:


    (一)The small sample used during expo, including originally imported or the food made of imported raw material in bulk or sample of beverage;

    (二)The materials consumed or destroyed when demonstrating the operation of the machines or parts;

    (三)Low value goods consumed when decorating the booths;

    (四)The free propaganda materials used during expo;

    (五)The files, forms and other documents used during expo.

    Allfood Expo is certified by International Exhibition Industry Association UFI

    On February 21, there was an exciting news in Chinese exhibition industry that Allfood Expo is certified by International Exhibition Industry Association UFI. It means that the Allfood Expo is officially listed in the ranks of international brand exhibitions and completed a gorgeous turn from domestic to international.

    UFI is one of the most influential exhibition industry associations in the world, with more than 150 mainland member enterprises in Greater China. The certification audit of the UFI International Exhibition is very strict. the exhibition service, quality, popularity, exhibition documents, and the scale, exhibition history, the proportion of foreign exhibitors, the proportion of foreign visitors shall be up to the standards and satisfy the requirements of international exhibition. Besides, UFI will appoint representatives to inspect the exhibition and verify the authenticity of the submitted materials. Finally, the exhibition must be approved by the UFI general meeting to obtain the UFI exhibition attestation qualification certificate.


    Allfood Expo submitted UFI certification application from 2018,and passed the strict audit of two consecutive exhibitions in 2018 and 2019. Finally, on February 21, 2020, LandPeace International Exhibition Co.,Ltd received the notice of membership and officially became a member of UFI. At the same time, Allfood Expo is certified by International Exhibition Industry Association UFI. Allfood Expo is a humanistic, professional, high-quality and influential exhibition with rigorous organizers, high quality humanistic visitors, rich supporting activities, and the hardware and software services based on the needs of the exhibition.

    It is understood that in order to invite international audiences, the Organizing Committee of the Allfood Expo is strengthening the construction of overseas websites and carrying out communication and promotion on Facebook, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and other social softwares. At the same time, the softwares departments have been set up to establish contacts with Embassies of various countries, to build overseas softwares groups, and promote in-depth precisely.

    With the support of UFI, the exhibitors of Allfood Expo will be more confident. They will reach better cooperation with the trade visttors at the 2020 spring Allfood Expo which will be held in Qingdao from April 23 to 25. They are looking forward to it!
