Shanghai Food and Beverage Business Expo
In order to further promote the connection between the vast number of food and beverage enterprises and the resources of capital, e-commerce and other high-end industries, and promote the sound and healthy development of China's food and beverage industry, "Food and Beverage Shanghai 2021" (Allfood Expo E-Commerce Festival 2021), supported by China Food Distribution Association and sponsored by Beijing Landpeace Exhibition Co., Ltd., is scheduled to be held at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition & Convention Center from December 20 to December 22. The planned exhibition area is 20,000 m2 to accommodate more than 240 exhibitors and 18,000 professional visitors.
Meanwhile, the "9th Food Capital China Forum 2021" hosted by Landpeace Capital and new media of Food Capital is scheduled to be officially held at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition & Convention Center on December 20, 2021. There are 980 preset seats in the forum. At the forum, the list of "2021 China's Top 25 Enterprises with the Most Investment Value in Food Capital" and "2021 China's Top 10 Investment Institutions in Food Capital" will be released. The 2021 China Food and Beverage E-commerce Forum will also be held at the same time, with the release of "2021 China's Top 25 Food and Beverage E-commerce Enterprises".

Notices for Exhibited Sample Customs Clearance in China
1) Get the passport and visa in advance.
Passport: to apply in related government department.
Visa: to apply in the local China Embassy with necessary documents.
2) Check the item list
3) Well understood about the Customs Regulations about the departure and entry (fill in the declaration form and give the declared goods to Customs for checking if necessary)
4) Book air tickets in advance, and check the boarding time.
Note: mind the time because of the flight transfer, customs and check-in.
5) Well plan the schedule of exhibiting and move-in.
6) Book the hotel in advance.

7)The imported exhibited goods can choose temporary entry goods supervision:
Note:
1. No tariff needed temporarily when imported;
2. Usually, no need to check the permit license when imported.
3. The Customs’ requirement on temporarily imported goods: to provide tariff guarantee when imported.
4. For temporarily exported goods under ATA, CCPIT(CCOIC) will provide guarantee to GAC. The temporarily exported goods not listed in ATA, the ad-dresser and consignee should provide guarantee to local Customs.
5. The exhibited goods should leave the country within 6 months.
When the additional period is needed because of special case, the consignee, the holder of license should apply to Customs for the extension procedure. The extension should not be over 3 times, and each time should not be over 6 months.
As per related regulations, the imported exhibited goods are tariff and linkage tax free:
1)The small sample used during expo, including originally imported or the food made of imported raw material in bulk or sample of beverage;
2)The materials consumed or destroyed when demonstrating the operation of the machines or parts;
3)Low value goods consumed when decorating the booths;
4)The free propaganda materials used during expo;
5)The files, forms and other documents used during expo.
