YGLS 峰会介绍

上海全球领导力高峰论坛相信培养学生领袖是一个帮助他们看到自身潜能，激发他们主动性，引导他们迈向卓越的过程。因此，我们的领导力项目采用了一个颠覆性的过程来迎合不同的领导力风格，参与的学生将会学到真实生活的原则，并把它们付诸生活中去。
上海全球领导力高峰论坛是由Clarissa Hsu女士和协和国际高中部校长Nicholas Kent于2013年创立。整个活动秉承由学生领袖主导、教师辅助的宗旨。协和国际学校是上海全球领导力高峰论坛的主办学校。每一年来自上海各个地区的学生都会参与到这个年度聚会来发展他们的领导力。学生们在此有机会接触到训练思维的学术性内容，并通过角色扮演来帮助你化美好的意愿为积极的行动力。研讨会的内容丰富，有以下的主题：思想 = 绽放；领袖，应有一颗服侍的心；探讨爱情；流浪小动物救助项目；环保主题：再见了-塑料袋！

               How can YGLS help YOU?

   YGLS is an annual event for dedicated and ambitious students who are looking to develop their minds, transform lives and inspire others.

   Students are given the opportunity to learn essential life teachings in small, collaborative workshops from professionals who share their experiences by enhancing their leadership skills, finding the confidence to speak their voice, standing out from the crowd, and so much more!

   Students will hear stories of success from various guest speakers. Workshops include entrepreneurship to mentorship and how to secure necessary funds to start an NGO. In addition, some of the speakers will discuss their work with refugees in quality education programs. They are eager to share their expertise!

   YGLS is the perfect setting to experience personal growth, revelation, and discovery, as students are encouraged to make the connection between leadership and fellowship. YGLS seeks to expose and maximize everyone’s inner potential and take their skills to the next level.

YGLS believes that students are not leaders waiting to be developed but current leaders in search of refinement and guidance. Customized leadership programs using a transformative process to suit the different leadership models, YGLS participants learn real life principles to use in their daily lives.
