Human Resources is one of the core functions in every company. Responsible leaders and HR managers create the basic and structural DNA of a business. They drive the business by building the essential infrastructure for the organization and they establish mechanisms for employee recruitment, employee retention, performance evaluation, conflict management, etc. In recent years, Human Resources is also addressing new areas like mental health and digitalization.
In this joint HR Roundtable organized by the German Centre Beijing and German Chamber of Commerce in China - North China section, we invite tenants of the German Centre Beijing and HR Managers of German Chamber member companies to participate. In two half-day sessions led by Kienbaum China you can join for free to explore the key dimensions of Human Resources and exchange experiences and advice with HR experts. We also offer time and opportunities for networking and informal exchanges.
Location: German Centre Beijing, 11F DRC Liangmaqiao Diplomatic Office Building, Chaoyang District, Beijing
Language: English
Fee: Free (German Centre tenants only / German Chamber members only)
Registration Deadline: Tuesday, 9 November, 6:30pm
