He is certified Scaled Agile Framework® 5 Program Consultant and helps automakers speed up start of production through digital transformation in car body engineering and manufacturing. Christoph is the Automotive Industry Workshop Leader at the German Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai. He is committee member at CATARC and founding member of the International Coalition of Intelligent Manufacturing in order to promote best practices in China and beyond. Christoph is frequently invited to speak in automotive conferences. His work has been published by Harvard Business Review China, FAZ, Gasgoo Auto and other media outlets.
