SigmaPro’s Lean and Lean Six Sigma (LSS) training curricula successfully integrate the traditional tools and methods of the Six Sigma DMAIC (Define - Measure - Analyze - Improve - Control) with the latest Lean tools and methods. The event will introduce the tools and implementation possibilities of Lean Six Sigma and analyze which way could be suitable for real cases. Different stages in different companies require different strategies and tools to improve the situation. In the event we will also compare different methodologies to the Six Sigma approach and talk about advantages and disadvantages. A SixSigma software will be introduced as well.
