    Raymond Kok, Partner at Luther Shanghai, has been working as a lawyer in the People's Republic of China since 2008. He has extensive expertise and significant experience in corporate and IP law. He also advises on complex cross-border corporate acquisitions and restructurings, negotiations with Chinese contractual partners as well as on compliance. Due to his many years of experience in China, Raymond Kok is considered a competent advisor for European businesses. Raymond Kok regularly gives lectures on Chinese business law and published on PRC Advertising Law in Schotthöfer/Steiner, International Advertising Law, Third Edition (2017), published by Wolters Kluwer.

From 2013 to 2016 he has been General Manager of Commerzbank Beijing Branch and joint Country CEO China, being responsible for the Bank’s operations in Northwest-China. Martin has continuously held a number of honorary positions sharing his expertise and professional network with the represented bodies. In Beijing, he had been elected for two terms as Member of the Board and Treasurer of the German Chamber of Commerce and German National Representative in the Supervisory Board of the European Chamber.

    Dr. Moritz Kraemer is Chief Economist and Head of Research at LBBW Bank, based in Stuttgart, Germany. He is also a Senior Fellow at SOAS University of London’s Center for Sustainable Finance and teaches graduate courses at Goethe-University Frankfurt’s House of Finance and Humboldt University Berlin. Before joining LBBW in November 2021, Moritz was Chief Economist of CountryRisk.io, a country- and ESG-risk platform. He also served as the Chair of Economic Advisory Panel at R.J. Fleming & Co. and Independent Non-Executive Director of Scope Ratings, the largest Europe-headquartered Credit Rating Agency. Until 2018 he was at S&P Global as the Sovereign Ratings Group’ Global Chief Ratings Officer, overseeing the analytical work on assessing the creditworthiness of over 130 national governments worldwide.

    David von Schwerin manages one of Rohlig Logistics' largest global branches. A family-owned third-party logistics provider founded in Germany, Rohlig offers customized global solutions across air, sea and rail freight as well as contract logistics. David's educational background includes qualifications in Asia Studies, Management and Chinese Language earned in both Konstanz and Nanjing. Following his graduation he settled in Shanghai permanently in 2008, where he has held various management positions in the logistics and freight forwarding prior to joining Rohlig Logistics in 2018. During his time at the company he has played a valuable role in building the China sales strategy before becoming Shanghai Branch Manager in 2019.
