Deborah Lehr is the vice chairman and executive director of the Paulson Institute. In that capacity, she advises the chairman on US-China relations as well as oversees the development and implementation of Paulson Institute programs and initiatives. In addition, Ms. Lehr manages the Green Finance Center for the Paulson Institute. In addition, she served as senior advisor to the chairman and CEO of Merrill Lynch and was a senior managing director at the New York Stock Exchange. Ms. Lehr has built several successful consulting businesses, including as a partner at Mayer Brown, a top-10 law firm, as president of Stonebridge China and then with her own firm, Basilinna. Basilinna is focused on China and the Middle East. Ms. Lehr also served in the US Government in the Executive Office of the President as a deputy assistant US Trade Representative for China, where she was a lead negotiator for China's accession to the World Trade Organisation, for two intellectual property rights negotiations and on the team for the 1992 Market Access Agreement. Also, Ms. Lehr was one of the youngest directors of Asian Affairs at the National Security Council. Previous to that, she was involved in export control and trade policy issues at the Department of Commerce.

Li Zhengqiang received his master’s degree from the College of Economics and Management in China Agricultural University in 1989 and his doctorate degree in economics from Guanghua School of Management at Peking University in 2004. He used to be the director of the Fund Supervision Department of the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the deputy general manager of China Financial Futures Exchange. He was assigned to the chairman of Dalian Commodity Exchange in November 2014. Currently, he is a research fellow and professor of the Department of Finance, School of International Business and Economics, University of International Business and Economics. Mr. Li has worked for more than 20 years in the financial industry, with rich theoretical knowledge and practical experiences in the regulatory development of securities, funds, futures and other industries. He has edited and published several books, including Innovation and Exploration of the Futures Market Serving the Real Economy, and Oral History of Contemporary China Futures Market.

Lin Jianhai was the Secretary of the Fund and the International Monetary and Financial Committee from March 2012 to August 2020. He oversaw the Secretary's Department that has operational responsibility for the 24-member Executive Board, and served as the official contact point of the IMF's 189 member countries on institutional matters, including work of the Board of Governors. The Secretary's Department also organizes Spring and Annual Meetings, and is the creator and custodian of the IMF's official record. A Chinese native, Mr. Lin was appointed Secretary of the Fund in March 2012. He previously served in senior positions in the Secretary's, Finance, Policy Development and Review, and Asian and Pacific Departments. During his IMF career, he worked across a wide range of country, policy, and administrative issues. Mr. Lin studied at the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing, China, and the University of California at Berkeley, and earned his doctorate from the George Washington University. Before joining the Fund, he worked in the financial sector and academia.

Nie Qingping former chairman of China Securities Finance Corporation Limited. Before that, he took several senior positions, including deputy head of the People’s Bank of China, deputy director of China Securities Regulatory Commission, vice president and acting president of Everbright Securities, managing director of China Everbright Limited and vice president and secretary general of Securities Association of China.

Tang Dingding is member of the IFF Academic Committee; adjunct professor at Institute for Climate Change and Sustainable Development in Tsinghua University; senior environmental consultant for Asian Infrastructure Development Bank (AIIB) and the New Development Bank (NDB); and senior consultant for green finance at World Wildlife Fund for Nature (WWF), World Resources Institute (WRI) and Energy Foundation. From 2012 to 2014, he served as director general for International Cooperation Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment of China; from 2014 to 2019, he was chair for the Compliance Review Panel (CRP) and director of the Executive Directorate of the Asian Development Bank (ADB).

Dr. Song Min is dean of Economics and Management School of Wuhan University, and serves as member of the IFF Academic Committee. After receiving his Ph.D. from Ohio State University, he worked as a teacher in the United States for six years. At present, he has also served as the head of several fund research projects, including the Hong Kong RGC Fund, the University of Hong Kong Research Grant Program, the National Social Science Fund of China, the Shanghai Stock Exchange, etc.) and has organized many international conferences on China's financial markets and their reforms. Dr. Song is active in social activities. He has been invited to give speeches at many universities, research institutes and TV progammes, and is a newspaper columnist.

Alessandro Golombiewski Teixeira is a renowned Brazilian economist. He holds a PhD in Industrial Economics and Innovation from the University of Sussex, England, an MSc in Latin America Economics from Universidade de São Paulo.  Dr. Golombiewski Teixeira has extensive national and international experience in economics and trade. He has served in the Brazilian Government from 2003 to 2016 in several high-level positions such as minister of tourism, deputy minister of development, industry and foreign trade, president of Brazilian Agency for Industrial Development (ABDI) and the Brazilian Export and Investment Promotion Agency (Apex-Brasil), and chief economist of the Presidency of Brazil. Also, he presided over the World Association of Investment Promotion Agencies (WAIPA) and the Ibero–American Network of Trade–Promotion Organizations (Redibero). In the last 15 years, Dr. Golombiewski Teixeira has served on the board on different institutions such as the Brazilian National Economic and Social Development Bank, Telemar Participações S.A., Lupatech S.A, Klabin S.A., the Suzano Group, and AES Corporation among others. He has received numerous awards throughout his career. Among them, in 2008, he was elected “Personality of the Year – Latin America” by the respected English newspaper Financial Times.

Zhu Xian is vice president and chief operations officer of the New Development Bank (NDB). He is responsible for project lending, other investment instruments, operational compliance and project procurement as well as the regional offices of the Bank. Over the past three decades, Mr. Zhu assumed various senior management roles in the public sector. Most recently Mr. Zhu served as vice president and chief ethics officer at World Bank Group from 2012 to 2015. Since 2002, in Asian Development Bank, he served as strategy and operations director for South Asia, country director for Bangladesh (based in Dhaka) and country director for the Pacific Islands, Papua New Guinea, and Timor Leste (based in Sydney). From 1999 to 2001, Mr. Zhu served as executive director for China in the World Bank Group. Mr. Zhu has served in the Ministry of Finance (MOF) for a long time, as director of the International Department, deputy director of the National Treasury Department and deputy director of the World Bank Division. He graduated from Peking University with BA in western language and literature, and won Heinz Scholarship when studying at the Department of Economics of the University of Pittsburgh.
