You already know what LEAN is but now you would like to get deeper knowledge and information about possibilities and methods on how to successfully implement LEAN into your company? Guided by the Toyota-Slogan: "If the student hasn't learned it, the teacher hasn't taught it yet!". This technical workshop on fundamental LEAN principles will teach trainees guidelines as well as methods and procedures based on practical examples on how to start with LEAN implementation by explaining tools such as disturbance free, flow, rhythm and pull.

Learn more about the Toyota culture and understand the basic principles and methods of LEAN Production. This workshop is designed to give attendees the chance to get familiar with the necessary tools and methods to moderate the continuous improvement process in your company and understand the opportunities and risks of different management tasks as well as leadership style.
