Most manufacturing companies are facing serious challenges today to keep their revenues and manage their supply chain in an increasingly competitive environment. Companies simply can´t afford anymore to tolerate wasteinefficiencies and non-conformance issues, therefore many are taking decisive steps to prevent these problems from occurring in the first place by implementing methods of LEAN Management and Predictive Maintenance. Other improvement approaches such as the Toyota Management Model, with instruments such as 5S, standardized work, and other valuable management techniques can support companies to successfully eliminate waste.

BADER China´s response to these challenges was to establish a "Process Excellence" initiative several years ago. The program was designed to provide a systematic and continuous method of measuringanalyzing and improving all business processes. The main goal was to identify critical areas where improvement would create less waste and better results, and most importantly reduce cost. The program was designed to allow the company to make continuous improvements in cost and defect reductions as well as increase productivity.

 柏德皮革(中国)有限公司对这些挑战的回应是在几年前建立了一个 “卓越流程” 计划。该计划旨在提供一个系统和持续的方法来测量、分析和改进所有的业务流程。主要目标是确定关键领域,在这些领域的改进将创造更少的浪费和更好的结果,最重要的是减少成本。该计划旨在让公司在降低成本和减少缺陷以及提高生产力方面进行持续改进。

BADER China, a specialist for premium automotive leather, will open its production facilities in Dalian to give participants insights into their improvement initiatives to upgrade production processes. Attendes will also have the opportunity to exchange with LEAN experts about problem solving as well as the question how to implement and manage successful improvement projects.

BADER China,高档汽车皮革制造专家,将开放其在大连的生产设施,让参会者深入了解其提升生产流程的改进措施。参会者还将有机会与精益专家交流解决问题的方法,以及如何成功的实施和管理改进项目。
