面对日益复杂且快速变化的内外部环境，外资公司的财务报表管理工作，面临多项挑战：财务报表对内不仅需要满足境内财务负责人、决策者的管理需求，还要根据海外总部的财务团队的要求进行上报；对外则须符合审计师和税务局法定报表的各项要求。在需要应对报表的多口径、多语言、多币种与准则转换的挑战，又面临报表提交的时效性考核，目前依靠纯手工的方式，不但内耗严重，还存在着诸多连带问题：如难以有效避免的人工差错；账表壁垒、线下报表分散形成的数据孤岛，导致财报数据难以被快速理解进而使得关于财报结果的沟通更加地困难与低效……等等。
如何优化财务报告管理流程，从而提高财务报表出具的效率和准确性，让财务人员更加从容、轻松地应对各项报表管理挑战，并释放足够精力到更有价值的财务分析当中，是目前财务管理人员普遍关心的话题。
在本期公开课中，我们将与您探讨：
1）外资企业日常财报管理中的常见问题；
2）洞悉编报过程，找到问题根源并梳理出解决思路；
3）辅以真实案例的最佳实践经验，强化理解。
