The pandemic dealt a major blow to company supply chains worldwide. Over 2.5 years later, global supply chains are far from stable, with shortages felt everywhere from China to the US.

The German Chamber of Commerce in China Tianjin Office and BVL Chapters in China invite you to discuss current supply chain concerns on November 22 at Zoom.

He served 2 years as a Board member of International Data Spaces Association and is now IDS Ambassador in China. Besides that, he is also Vice Chairman of the Chapter Shanghai of the German Logistics Association (BVL - Bundesvereinigung Logistik).

    Stephen Li, after pursuing his BA from New Zealand, started his career all the way back to 2002 from the ‘Weiss-Roehlig China Ltd’, an Austrian-German JV. Then he joined a German carrier ‘Hamburg Sued China Ltd.’, belonging to the Oetker group, had served various functions from a management trainee to a sales specialist, then the sales manager of Tianjin branch for over 16 years (2005 to 2021). In August 2022, Stephen joined ‘a.hartrodt Tianjin Logistics Co., Ltd.’ who used to be one of the top customers of Hamburg Sued, is currently holding the position of the Tianjin ‘Seafreight manager’.

In his past working experiences earlier than Supply Chain positions, Tony used to be an IT analyst, system & process integrator and 6 Sigma Black Belt.
