For the fourth time, we are delighted to invite you to join our next event of "WE.C.U. – The Network of Executive Women in German Companies in China" on 25 November 2022 in Shanghai. This time, our roundtable is held at Covestro Shanghai Office.
Within this roundtable, the German Chamber creates a place to broaden your business experience among executive women of all industries and cultures and share, discuss and analyze approaches on how women can climb up the career ladder. We would like to harness the power of professional women being together to inspire each other to achieve your goals and aspirations.
This time, three female executives from Covestro, Holly Lei (Senior Vice President, Covestro Group & President, Covestro China), Julia Xiang (Head of Corporate Communications APAC & Lead of DEI APAC), and Lesley Lin (Vice President, Human Resources, Greater China) are sharing their insights in the areas of Human Resources, Well-being as well as DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion).
Following the exchange session, the participants enjoy a tour through Covestro Shanghai Office to experience how its office design contributed to their Top Employer award.
