GTD®的目的不仅可以安排好你已知的事情，而且可以为未知的事情创造空间。在本次课程中，学员们将学会高效无压工作的GTD®五步法。
一、简介和捕捉
学习GTD®理论是如何帮助你在工作和生活中减轻压力、提升效率，用更好的方式来记录任务、待办事项和头脑中的重要信息系统化地收集消耗你注意力的一切输入
二、理清和整理
学习如何决定你生活中的各个输入对你的意义练习，找出推动任务或项目进展的下一步行动形成自己的处理输入的方法，既不累又没有遗漏；学习如何将你的行动根据情境分类，而不是按话题分类建立一张你自己的、简单的项目清单，并学会追踪
三、检视和执行
通过检视让你的系统保持与现状相符，将短期任务和长期目标结合起来用你可信赖的系统指引你的行动选择
Training Schedule | 培训日程
本课程一共包含3节课程，具体安排如下：
4月6日，上午09:30 – 11:30
4月6日，上午14:30 – 16:30
4月7日，上午14:30 – 16:30
每次课2小时，课程由GTD®认证讲师教授，实时互动、深入学习。
