Q1：Is it possible to early check in or late check out?

A：The conference committee will bear the two nights accommodation on May 15th and 16th. If you check in early check in or late check out, you will have to bear the additional charge on your own

Q2：What fees do I have to pay?    

A：You will need to arrange your own transportation costs.

If you need to increase the number of participants or rooms, you will be responsible for the relevant room charges (see the table below for details).

Q3：How is the pick-up service arranged?

A：There is no pickup service for this conference. Please arrange the transportation to the conference hotel in advance.

The departure shuttle will be carried out on the morning of May 17th as follows:

Hotel(Departure time:12:30)-- Dalian North Railway Station(Arrival time:13:30)-- Dalian Airport(Arrival time:14:15)

The above times are estimated arrival times. It is recommended that you arrive the airport no later than 2 hours before the take-off time or the train station 1 hour before the train departs.

The average temperature in mid-May in Dalian is 12℃ -21 ℃.

Daytime average 21℃, T-shirts, suits and other comfortable clothes are recommended.

Night average 12℃, recommended garment, jacket, warm clothes.

A：Formal attire is recommended for formal meetings.
