Digital transformation of procurement is the process of shifting from traditional operational procurement processes to digitally driven ones, which is a systematic project combining business transformation and digital technology. To help you better understand key steps in procurement digitization, in this seminar, the German Chamber of Commerce in China – North China invites experts from 4flow, a provider of supply chain software, consulting and managed services, to share insights and procurement case studies, covering value analysis, transformation of operational models, and digital product management.
