We have Liu Chunjing, applied psychology master from Beijing Normal University as our tutor for mindfulness practice and Li Lin, senior human resource manager and trainer to offer professional instruction.

1. Mindfulness Practice: Body Scan Exercise 正念练习:身体扫描
Body scanning is a mindfulness practice regarding body as the object of observation by feeling the various parts of body in a certain order with a non-judgmental, curious, and open attitude. It helps us relax and connect with our body while improve our awareness to it so that we can be aware of, accept and enjoy the moment.
身体扫描是将身体作为观察对象的正念练习,以不评判、好奇、开放的态度,依照一定顺序陆续感受和体验身体各部分的感觉。帮助我们和身体建立连接,放松身体,锻炼自己的察觉力,觉察当下,接纳当下进而享受当下。
2. Employees’ Stress and Emotion Management 企业员工的压力管理与心理疏导
As HR, we should not only deal with our emotion and pressure at work, but also be able to detect the negative emotion of employees in time and help them digest it. If their pressure is not dealt with in time, it may lead to the decline in their work motivation, a sharp increase in the company's turnover rate and even disastrous consequences. This salon especially arrange the sharing of stress and emotional counseling for employees to providing valuable experience and guidance. It helps participants to relieve their emotion as well.
作为HR,不仅要排解好工作中的情绪和压力,还要能够及时发现员工的负面情绪,帮助员工消化、排解负面情绪。如果员工压力得不到及时的疏导,就很有可能导致工作积极性下降,公司离职率直线上升,甚至造成灾难性的后果。本次沙龙特安排关于企业员工的压力情绪疏导的分享,帮助参会嘉宾疏解自己的情绪,同时也为企业员工日常的情绪疏导提供宝贵的经验分享及指导。
3. Experience Exchange: How to Manage New-Generation Employees “新新”员工管理的经验交流分享
"New-generation employees" refers to the employees born between 1995 and 2009. Closely connected with the network information age, they are greatly influenced by digital technology, instant messaging devices, and smart phone products. When they are at work, managers and HR need to pay more efforts in managing them better. Since new-generation employees have their own characteristics and personalities, managers and HR should give them more respect and understanding. Equal and direct communication may be the beginning of change. This event provides a platform to work together for better solutions in new-generation employees' management.
“新新”员工指 的是1995 年至 2009 年间出生的员工,与网络信息时代无缝对接,受数字技术、即时通信设备、智能手机产品等影响比较大。当他们步入职场,为了更好地管理他们,管理者和HR需要做足功课,“新新”员工有他们的特点和个性,需要管理者和HR在管理时,给予更多的尊重和理解,平等直接的交流可能会是改变的开始。此次活动给大家提供一个交流分享的平台,各个企业之间相互借鉴,针对企业的通电和难点群策群力,提出更优的解决方案。
