Founded in 1989, Ameco Beijing is not only the largest provider of technical support for aircraft in China but also a highly successful example of a joint venture – Air China and Deutsche Lufthansa.
Headquartered in Beijing, new Ameco consists of a Beijing Base and nine branches located in Chengdu, Chongqing, Hangzhou, Tianjin, Hohhot, Shanghai, Guiyang, Wuhan, and Guangzhou, employing about 11.000 people. The joint venture holds a wide range of business scope covering line maintenance, aircraft overhaul and painting, engine overhaul, and much more. It has more than 160 maintenance stations at home and abroad, forming a large maintenance network worldwide.
Join us on Thursday, 8:00 - 12:00, June 15, 2023 for this rare behind-the-scenes tour of the aircraft maintenance base and get valuable insights on Ameco Beijing! Members will have the chance to visit Ameco’s core sectors: maintenance base and engine shop. Mr. Martin Schamberg, the COO of Ameco Beijing, will join us for an exchange and answer questions onsite during the tour.
