Objectives and Contents | 目标与内容    


In the one day of the course Problems and Problem-solving Styles in Intercultural Communication - German and Chinese Perspectives, we will regard national culture characteristics as references, consider the premise of the other influence factors and begin with intercultural thinking in order to deeply analyze the basic causes of intercultural communication problems and conflicts, the characteristics of our behavior and thinking, and jointly discusses how to go out of the traditional communication mode to make the communication and cooperation in the cross-cultural team more smoothly.


在“中德视角下跨文化交际问题和问题解决风格”为期一天的课程中,我们将以民族文化特征作为参考、在同时考虑其他影响因素的前提下,从跨文化视角入手深入剖析跨文化问题冲突原因行为思维的特点,共同探讨如何走出传统的沟通模式,使跨文化团队中的沟通和共事更加顺畅。

- Culture, and the characteristics of culture 

- Nature of conflicts - definition, causality, syndromes, and consequences 

- Relationship between culture & communication mechanism and intercultural communication problems & conflicts 

- Common intercultural communication problems / conflicts in Sino German cooperation, causes and solutions

- Discussing our own experiences of intercultural communication problems & conflicts, interpreting the causes and the bottleneck, developing corporate shared vision and action plan

    赵倩博士
    Dr. Qian ZHAO
    Cross-Cultural Trainer & Educator for Intercultural Business Communication. Over 20 years of Germany experience and having lived and worked in Austria and Germany over years, Dr. ZHAO works as educator and trainer. She systematically studied cross-cultural communication and cross-cultural human resource management and obtained her doctorate in cross-cultural conflict management between China and Germany. During her work in the university, she has been responsible for the cooperation projects with the School of Intercultural Business of German universities and maintained cooperation with Chinese and foreign enterprises and international institutions. Her methods of facilitating and training are both interactive and collaborative, to stimulate the participants’ interest in learning and training. Among her customers are well-known international enterprises including BMW, Benz, Munich Reinsurance, German Centre Beijing etc., and international institutions including Confucius Institutes in Düsseldorf, Erlangen, and Göttingen in Germany, DAAD Beijing and Goethe Institute Beijing. 拥有20多年的德国经验,曾在奥地利和德国生活和居住,精通德国语言与文化。系统学习了跨文化交际专业,博士学业的专业重点为中德跨文化冲突管理。在高校工作期间,负责与德国耶拿大学跨文化经济交流学院等合作项目,并与中外企业及国际机构保持长期合作关系。其服务的对象包括著名的跨国企业,如宝马、奔驰、慕尼黑再保险公司等;和国际机构,诸如德国杜塞尔多夫、埃尔兰根和哥廷根的孔子学院分院,德国国际学术交流中心(北京)等。
