In the one day of the course “Problems and Problem-solving Styles in Intercultural Communication - German and Chinese Perspectives”, we will regard national culture characteristics as references, consider the premise of the other influence factors and begin with intercultural thinking in order to deeply analyze the basic causes of intercultural communication problems and conflicts, the characteristics of our behavior and thinking, and jointly discusses how to go out of the traditional communication mode to make the communication and cooperation in the cross-cultural team more smoothly.

- Relationship between culture & communication mechanism and intercultural communication problems & conflicts
- Common intercultural communication problems / conflicts in Sino German cooperation, causes and solutions
- Discussing our own experiences of intercultural communication problems & conflicts, interpreting the causes and the bottleneck, developing corporate shared vision and action plan
