The AHK Automotive Circle is a platform for exchanging trends and best practices in China's automotive industry among German Chamber members.


The first session of AHK Automotive Circle, will take place on July 27 in Shanghai at a breakfast roundtable. During this event, an update on the Chinese automotive market will be shared by Mr. Christoph Weber, and Prof. Tilman Tillmann will present challenges in digitalization. Participants are encouraged to share their experiences and network with peers.

    Christoph Weber is General Manager of AutoForm in China – all major carmakers use AutoForm’s engineering software. He is certified Scaled Agile Framework® 5 Program Consultant and helps automakers speed up start of production through digital transformation in car body engineering and manufacturing. Christoph is the Automotive Industry Workshop Leader at the German Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai. He is committee member at CATARC and founding member of the International Coalition of Intelligent Manufacturing in order to promote best practices in China and beyond. Christoph is frequently invited to speak in automotive conferences. His work has been published by Harvard Business Review China, FAZ, Gasgoo Auto and other media outlets.
