Event Background 活动背景:

Nowadays, countries worldwide continue to value and increase their investments in the field of new energy, seeing the development of this industry as a crucial means of achieving economic green transformation. China and Germany are global leaders in new energy, and the two countries' "powerful combination" is poised to provide a significant boost to the global economy. In recent years, Changzhou has been building itself up as a "new energy capital." Enterprises from Changzhou have also made Germany their first choice for expanding into Europe.

To foster a high level of mutual benefit and a win-win situation between the two sides, "Dialogue with Germany" 2023, centered around the theme of "New Energy, New Opportunities," will be held on September 12-13 at the Sino-German (Changzhou) Innovation Industrial Park. We cordially invite industry leaders, business elites, and old and new friends from both China and Germany to gather in the Dragon City of Changzhou and share new opportunities with a focus on the new energy industry.

当前，世界各国日益重视并持续加大对新能源领域的投入，并将发展新能源产业作为经济绿色转型的重要途径。中德两国在新能源领域均处于世界领先地位，双方的“强强联合”将为全球经济注入新动能。近年来，常州正在打造“新能源之都”，常州企业也将德国作为“走出去”的欧洲首选地。

为更好实现双方高水平互利共赢，以“聚焦新能源 共享新机遇”为主题的2023“对话德国”活动将于9月12-13日在中德（常州）创新产业园举行。我们诚邀来自中德各地的产业翘楚、商界精英、新老朋友汇聚龙城常州，聚焦新能源，共享新机遇。

Introduction to SVOLT Energy Technology Co., Ltd

蜂巢能源科技股份有限公司成立于2018年，总部位于金坛，是国家高新技术企业，总部型龙头动力电池企业。2020、2021连续两年获评江苏省“独角兽企业”，2021年完成B轮超百亿融资，位居全球动力电池装机量前十。

蜂巢能源专业从事汽车动力电池材料、电芯、模组、PACK、BMS、大容量储能系统制造，主要产品有电芯、PACK、储能系统，广泛应用于新能源汽车和储能领域。

主要客户为长城、吉利、PSA、合众、金康、天际、零跑等国内国际主流汽车厂家，2019年7月率先研发推出世界首款无钴材料电池，到2025年全球规划产能600GWh。2020年11月，蜂巢能源就宣布选址德国萨尔州建设第一工厂，2022年9月宣布在德国勃兰登堡州建设第二工厂。

SVOLT Energy Technology Co., Ltd is a national high-tech enterprise and leading power battery company established in 2018 and headquartered in Jintan. It was awarded "Unicorn Enterprise" of Jiangsu Province for two consecutive years, 2020 and 2021, and completed Series B financing of over CNY 10 billion in 2021. SVOLT ranks among the top ten in global power battery installation.

Specializing in automotive power battery materials, cells, modules, PACK, BMS, and large-capacity energy storage systems, SVOLT's main products include widely used cells, PACK, and energy storage systems in the fields of new energy vehicles and energy storage. Its major customers comprise domestic and international automakers, including Great Wall Motors, Geely, PSA, Hozon, Jinkang, Tonze, and Leapmotor. In July 2019, it developed the world's first cobalt-free battery material and plans to have a global production capacity of 600GWh by 2025. 万帮数字能源旗下有星星充电和星星能源两大核心品牌。是亚洲数字能源领域头部独角兽。企业创建于2014年，开创性地采用“云-管-端”即“软件+服务+硬件”的商业模式。2020年9月，万帮新能源正式升级变更为万帮数字能源。万帮数字能源核心品牌为星星充电，总部位于中国常州，是全国网络规模最大的龙头企业。其打造的“移动能源网”是全球首创。

星星充电专注于新能源汽车充电设备研发制造，平台兼容全部国标车型，产品线涵盖交直流设备、充电枪头、电源模块、智能电柜、换电设备等，掌握着智能控制、物联网、大功率定制等核心研发能力，为全球客户提供设备、平台、用户和数据运营服务。

Wanbang Digital Energy Co., Ltd has two core brands: Star Charge and Star Energy. It is a leading unicorn in the Asian digital energy industry, founded in 2014. The company created a pioneering “cloud-pipe-end” business model that combines software, services, and hardware. In September 2020, Wanbang New Energy officially upgraded and changed its name to Wanbang Digital Energy. Its core brand, Star Charge, is headquartered in Changzhou, China and has the largest national EV charging infrastructure network. Its “Mobile Energy Network” is a global first.

Star Charge focuses on the research and development of new energy vehicle charging equipment. Its platform is compatible with all national standard vehicle models, and its product line includes AC/DC equipment, charging gun heads, power modules, intelligent cabinets, and battery swap equipment. It has core R&D capabilities in intelligent control, IoT, and high-power customization, providing equipment, platforms, user, and data operation services for global customers.

Star Charge is a national green factory and national manufacturing champion.
