On August 9, the US government issued an executive order to regulate and restrict US investment into Chinese entities involved in national security technologies in semiconductors and microelectronics, quantum information technologies, and certain artificial intelligence systems. To provide members with more information on this order, USCBC and AmCham Shanghai have co-organized an online briefing by the US Economic Minister Counselor Colin Guest on Thursday, August 31 at 9:00 to 9:30 AM (China time). Mr. Guest will provide an overview of the order and take questions from the audience.
This is an off-the-record briefing and limited to members only.
