As in previous years, we will fly in THE LIVE SOCIETY, a Berlin-based band, specifically to perform at this year's German Ball. THE LIVE SOCIETY is an international experienced band with an ecxeptional amount of empathy and charisma. Especially with their powerful partysound as well as their light lounge music THE LIVE SOCIETY adds to an successful and stylish event. The climax of every show are the extraodinarily charismatic "voices" with their musical roots in soul, jazz and pop. Having them perform will add to the richness and excitement of our ball.

The entrance ticket to our themed ball, Babylon Beijing, is RMB 1600 for German Chamber Members & Friends of the German Chamber (商会之友) and RMB 1950 for Non-Members. The ticket price includes free flow of drinks, three-course dinner, dessert buffet, midnight buffet, live music, an opening performance, and more.

Please note:

• You can choose your preferred table when purchasing the ticket, but you cannot select a specific seat.

• Seating at the table is based on a "first-come, first-served" basis.
  

• The seats at the table you choose will be locked for 36 hours. If payment is not made within 36 hours, the seat will be released, so please make sure to submit your payment promptly.

Reservation & Cancellation Policy

• Events have limited seating, so please register in advance. We do not accept walk-ins.

• If you registered for this event but cannot attend, please do let us know in advance. No-shows who fail to cancel before November 12 will be charged with the full price.

• If unforeseen changes in pandemic prevention policy occur, resulting in limited number of guests allowed at the event venue, event partner tables and group bookings will be prioritized. Remaining tables/seats will be allocated by drawing lots.

• All cancelled tickets due to force majeure are refundable.
