随着近几年国内利好政策的出台和区域贸易协议（如RCEP）的签订生效，新的贸易模式和供应链结构为企业的业务打开了新的局面。新的业务也带来新的税务和海关问题。其中一些问题甚至可能影响业务的可行性。
The preferential policies and the regional trade pacts (e.g. RCEP) introduced / signed in the recent years have expanded companies’ business models, based on the new trading models and supply chain design. These new business models also come with new issues in tax and customs. Some of these tax and customs issues might have feasibility implications to the business models.
