These disputes often place employers in challenging situations, with a success rate of less than 10%, resulting in significant operational and financial pressures. To safeguard the collective interests of both employees and employers, it is paramount for employers to maintain a deep understanding of the legal framework surrounding employment contracts and dispute resolution mechanisms in various jurisdictions. This entails a comprehensive grasp of both the substantive and procedural aspects of labor contract termination to proactively avert disputes stemming from unlawful terminations.
