Anqi Yang joined FORTUNE China in September 2014 as Senior Editor. From 2013 to 2014, Yang worked as a senior reporter of 《Caijing》Magazine, a famous Chinese business media. From 2009 to 2013, he worked as a senior reporter of 《Global Entrepreneur》Magazine, when he published 10 cover stories in four years. Before that, he also worked as a reporter of 《Beijing Business Today》from from 2008 to 2009. Yang Anqi graduated from China University of Mining and Technology, and majored in Urban Planning. After graduation, Media Scholarship winner of Renmin University，EMBA Media Scholarship winner, School of Economics and Management, Tsinghua University.

RICHARD WEIXING HU

DEAN, FACULTY OF SOCIAL SCIENCES AND UMDF; DISTINGUISHED PROFESSOR, POLITICS AND PUBLIC POLICY, UNIVERSITY OF MACAU

Hu Weixing is Dean of Faculty of Social Sciences and UMDF Distinguished Professor of Politics and Public Policy, University of Macau. He graduated from Peking University with a Bachelor of Law in 1983. He received an Master of Arts in International Relations from Johns Hopkins University in 1987, and a Ph.D degree in Political Science from University of Maryland, College Park in 1992. Professor Hu was a John M. Olin Fellow in National Security Studies at Harvard University, an IGCC Postdoc Fellow and lecturer at University of California, San Diego, and a CNAPS Fellow at Brookings Institution. Before joining UM, he was Professor and Head, Department of Politics and Public Administration at University of Hong Kong. His public service positions include the President of Hong Kong Political Science Association, a member of the CUP Committee on Pearl River Delta of the Hong Kong SAR Government, Council Member of the Chinese Association of Hong Kong and Macao Studies, Counsellor of China-US Exchange Foundation, Chairman of the Civil Servant Salary Review Committee of the Macao SAR Government, and Honorary President of the Hong Kong Association of Overseas Returned Scholars.

Jing Guangjun, Male, Han nationality, born in June 1972 in Shenyang, Liaoning Province.

He is the Doctor of Engineering, Associate Professor and Senior Economist, currently working as Chairman of the Board， secretary of the Party Committee of Guangzhou Industrial Investment Holdings Group Co., Ltd and member of the 13th Guangdong Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. He has been engaged in the research of integrated artificial intelligence applications for a long time and is committed to collaborative innovation in the fields of intelligent manufacturing and industrial Internet applications.

He has presided over and completed more than 10 national, ministerial (provincial) and municipal scientific research projects, presided over and completed more than 30 "digital city" and "smart city" application research and development projects, and won the national, provincial and municipal scientific and technological progress awards for many times.

Liang Huqing, CPC Secretary and Chairman of Guangzhou Municipal Construction Group Co., Ltd. (GMC), holds a doctor's degree. He is a foreign academician of the Russian Academy of Engineering, a professorate senior engineer and an economic researcher. Also, under Liang's leadership, GMC has been listed in the Fortune Global for three years in a row and ranked 380th in 2023.

Yang Jun graduated from Renmin University of China with a major in National Economic Planning and a Master's degree in EMBA from South China University of Technology. He has served as a senior executive of Guangzhou Baiyunshan Group, Guangzhou International Group Co., Ltd., Guangzhou Wanli Group Co., Ltd., Guangzhou Public Transport Group Co., Ltd. and other enterprises. Currently, he is the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Vice Chairman, and General Manager of Guangzhou Pharmaceutical Group, and has rich experience in enterprise management.
