Dr. Chun Wu is also a senior expert in healthcare industry. She has served various multinational and local healthcare clients on strategic and operational topics, covering healthcare reform impact and growth strategy; R&D, especially new technology platforms; go- to-market and business excellence; commercial excellence and digital transformation; and organization change. In addition, Dr. Wu Chun is a frequent guest speaker at various top business forums.
