这是德国在华企业可以申请德国实习生来华获得宝贵工作经验和文化融入的独特机会。该计划是由中德两国政府联合倡议的，旨在加强产业联系、激发全新活力、促进青年发展以及人才多元化。
凭借我们在促进中德商业交流和经济合作方面的卓越声誉和专业知识，德国海外商会联盟·大中华区获得授权为德国来华实习生出具其《实习确认函》。这确保了德国实习生获得在华工作签证 (Visa Z) 申请流程的合规性。
中德青年实习交流计划面向商业、工程、信息技术等各领域的学生（包括应届毕业生）。我们将根据学生的技能和兴趣与企业/组织进行精准匹配，并帮助其在整个实习期间获得企业全面的指导和支持。
此活动目标群体包括在华德商，负责外籍人士和海外实习生签证申请的人力资源管理者，以及有兴趣在中国实习的德国学生。
英文场 English Session:

This is a remarkable opportunity for German companies in China to acquire and develop German interns with valuable work experience and cross-cultural competencies to boost future business growth. The program is a collaborative initiative between the Chinese and German governments, aiming to strengthen ties between industries, inspire greater collaboration, and promote youth development and talent diversity.
With our esteemed reputation and professional knowledge in promoting Sino-German business exchanges and economic cooperation, AHK Greater China has been authorized to issue Internship Confirmation Letters for German interns, which ensures compliance with the application process for work visas (Z Visa) in China.
The program is open to students (including fresh graduates) in various fields such as business, engineering, information technology, etc. Participants will be carefully matched with companies/organizations based on their skills and interests, and also will receive comprehensive guidance as well as support throughout their entire internship period.
Don't miss this opportunity to learn more about the program and how your company can participate in this exchange for youth development and business growth. Targeted groups include companies with China-German business relations, HRs in charge of visa applications for expatriates and interns from overseas, and the German students interested in interning in China.
