Henry Ding
President of 3M China
Henry Ding is President of 3M China. In this role, Henry is responsible for the leadership and management all businesses in 3M China, which is 3M’s largest overseas market.
Henry joined 3M China in 1993. In 2003, he is appointed as Manager of Electronic and Electrical Markets Group. Since then, Henry assumed increasing leadership responsibilities in leading business teams across diverse markets. He served as Director of Electronics and Energy Business Group, Greater China Area in 2010 and as Director of Industrial and Transportation Business Group, 3M China and 3M Hong Kong in 2014. In 2017, Henry took the post of International Business Director of Industrial Adhesive and Tapes Division, and relocated to 3M U.S. headquarters. And most recently Henry was moved to Singapore in 2020, served as Vice President of Industrial Adhesive and Tapes Division, 3M Asia. In December 2021, Henry was appointed Senior Vice President of 3M and President of 3M China, and is now based in Shanghai, China.
Henry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Polymer Chemistry from the Shanghai School of Technology as well as an Executive Business Management Diploma from the China European International Business School (CEIBS).

Vice President and General Manager, Honeywell Performance Materials and Technologies Asia Pacific
Henry Liu was named Vice President and General Manager of Asia Pacific for Honeywell Performance Materials and Technologies (PMT) in November 2019. Honeywell Performance Materials and Technologies is a global leader in developing advanced materials, process technologies and automation solutions.Based in Shanghai, Henry is responsible for leading the PMT Asia Pacific team to drive continued business growth in the region.Priot to this role, Henry was the Vice President and General Manager for Honeywell UOP in China where he led the team to achieve double -digit year - over - year growth.Honeywell UOP is a business unit within PMT and is a leading international supplier and licensor of process technology, catalysts, adsorbents, equipment, and consulting services to the petroleum refining, petrochemical, and gas processing industries.Henry joined Honeywell in 2017 from Johnson Matthey, a British multinational specialty chemicals and sustainable technologies company where he served in leadership roles including general manager for Johnson Matthey Chemicals in China.Before that, he worked as a sales leader and manager at several multinationals including Imperial Chemical Industries, ATOFINA (China) Investment, and Osram Lighting.Henry earned his bachelor’s degree in applied chemistry from South China University of Technology, and his EMBA from Carlson School of Management at University of Minnesota.
Anqi Yang

Anqi Yang joined FORTUNE China in September 2014 as Senior Editor. From 2013 to 2014, Yang worked as a senior reporter of 《Caijing》Magazine, a famous Chinese business media. From 2009 to 2013, he worked as a senior reporter of 《Global Entrepreneur》Magazine, when he published 10 cover stories in four years. Before that, he also worked as a reporter of 《Beijing Business Today》from from 2008 to 2009. Yang Anqi graduated from China University of Mining and Technology, and majored in Urban Planning. After graduation, Media Scholarship winner of Renmin University,EMBA Media Scholarship winner, School of Economics and Management, Tsinghua University.
Dr. Jin Zhang
Founding Partner of Asia Green Fund
Dr. Jin Zhang was a Partner/Managing Director and Deputy Head of China and led Asia Pacific's energy practice at Russell Reynolds Associates, where he had spent years advising private equity firms, multinational corporations and Chinese enterprises on leadership issues and searching for board members, CEOs and senior executives. He had extensive experience in energy, manufacturing and automotive sectors. Previously, he held management and technical positions with ExxonMobil, Halliburton, and McKinsey in Houston. Dr. Zhang holds a B.S. degree in Modern Physics from University of Science and Technology of China and a M.S. degree and a Ph.D. degree, both in Nuclear Engineering, from Purdue University.
HAOQIAN ZHANG
CO-FOUNDER AND CEO, BLUEPHA
Dr. Haoqian Zhang is the co-founder and CEO of Bluepha. He graduated from Peking University with a bachelor’s degree in Biology and a Ph.D. in Integrated Life Sciences (Physics). He has published 20+ research papers in advanced academic journals. He was an instructor of the International Genetically Engineered Machine Competition (iGEM) team of Peking University from 2011 to 2017 and a primary PI of iGEM finalist teams from 2017 to 2021. He is a member of the Synthetic Biology Committee of Chinese Society of Biotechnology, a chairman of the Joint Innovation Centre for Synthetic Biology Design and Manufacturing of the Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and a member of the Advisory Committee of the Shenzhen Synthetic Biology Research Major Science and Technology Infrastructure Enterprise Users. He is an editorial board of Synthetic Biology and an invited editorial board of Synthetic and Systems Biotechnology. He is also an invited industry expert at China Merchants Bank Beijing Branch. Over the years, Dr. Haoqian Zhang has been shortlisted for several awards including the FastCompany list of Most Creative 100 Chinese in Business (2019), the 36Kr " X·36Under36 " S-class entrepreneurs (2022), and the Fortune list of Business Elite’s “40 Under 40” in China (2022).
