Bicheng Han is the founder and CEO of BrainCo.He is dedicated in the research and application using the technology of non-invasive brain-computer interface (BCI).Bicheng found BrainCo in 2015, while he was pursuing his PhD degree at Harvard Center for Brain Science.The company has now grown into a world- leading brain-computer interface (BCI) company and the first unicorn among all BCI companies in the world.Their technology has been applied in multiple fields to help people with different needs, from neurological diseases like ADHD, Alzheimers, and Autism, to prostheses that help people with disabilities regain control over their body.For his work in BCI, he was awarded the “MIT Tech Review China 35 Innovators under 35”.Their product was selected as “Best inventions of the year” by TIME magazine.

As the leader of the Third Investment Department of Lenovo Capital and Incubator Group, Ying Liang built the Lenovo Capital Accelerator, created an advanced investment and accelerating methodology, which has become Lenovo Capital and Incubator Group's outstanding core-competitiveness in early tech investment field. Moreover, she leads the team build a vital ecosystem revolving around the early investment and it has become the hub between Lenovo resources，Lenovo capital，universities and entrepreneurs . The ecosystem has created many achievements. In the past two years, the team that she led has invested in 60 companies, including artificial intelligence, robot, big data and many other front-tech fields.

Tianlan SHAO

Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Mech-Mind Robotics Technologies Ltd.

Shao Tianlan, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Mech-Mind Robotics. He earned his bachelor's degree from Tsinghua University and a master's degree from the Technical University of Munich. He previously worked at a renowned German robotics company, where he participated in the development of advanced collaborative robots. He returned to China in 2016 to establish Mech-Minds Robotics. In 2019, Shao Tianlan was nominated for the Forbes China 30 Under 30, and in 2020, he was honored as one of Fortune China's 40 Under 40.

Chairman, CEO, WIMI Biotechnology Co., Ltd.

Jieting Xu, Chairman & CEO of WIMI Biotechnology Co., Ltd. She has a bachelor's and master's degree in botany from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and a PhD in genetics from Huazhong Agricultural University. She is dedicated to the research, transformation and application of genome editing technology and biological breeding technology in modern agriculture. From 2009 to 2017, she worked at Syngenta Biotechnology (China) Co., Ltd. and China Seed Group Co., Ltd., and has more than ten years of experience in R&D, industry, and management in the field of biotechnology breeding. In 2017, she co-founded WIMI Biotechnology, and quickly established a high-throughput, genotype-independent gene delivery and gene editing technology system for more than a dozen crops, such as corn, soybean, cotton, wheat, indica rice, etc. She has published more than ten papers in SCI journals, and obtained more than twenty authorized invention patents. In 2023, WIMI Biotechnology was listed as one of the most socially influential start-up companies in China by Fortune magazine.

Anqi Yang joined FORTUNE China in September 2014 as Senior Editor. From 2013 to 2014, Yang worked as a senior reporter of 《Caijing》Magazine, a famous Chinese business media.
