Albert Chan
Group Chief Sustainability Officer at Shui On Land
Albert is the Director of Planning and Development at Shui On Land (SOL) and Chief Sustainability Officer of the Group. From 1997 onwards, he led the masterplanning and design of SOL “Tiandi” communities, which has received multiple international and national awards from ULI, MIPIM, AIA, CTBUH, World Bank, CRED and other organizations. Albert is responsible for the 5C sustainability objectives and initiatives of the Group. The company is the first in Mainland China to obtain SBTI approved 2030 carbon reduction targets. All large SOL communities received LEED neighborhood Gold level certifications as well as various building level China Green Star and international certifications. Albert is a member of the Board of Directors of American Institute of Architects (AIA) Shanghai/Beijing Chapter, is a Chartered member of Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) and member of RIBA China100. Albert is appointed as a member of international panel of Experts of Singapore Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA), effective 2023-25. Albert has also served as Adviser of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology Guangzhou Campus Development Board, and participated as expert member in the ULI Advisory Services Program. Albert holds a B.Arch from the University of Minnesota, a M.Arch from the University of California, Berkeley, a M.S in Urban Design from Columbia University, and an MBA from New York University. He received his New York State Architectural License in 1990.

Peng Yao, the founder, chairman and CEO of Shanghai ShanMa Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., is a member of Jiu San Society and also a senior engineer. He assumes the vice president of the Second Council of Zhejiang Young Entrepreneurs’ Association, Shanghai and deputy director of the "Joint Innovation Center for urban space intelligent management ", which is created by Shanghai Institute for Advanced Study of Zhejiang University and Supremind. Graduated from Zhejiang University, Peng Yao has more than ten years of experience in cloud computing, AI research and intelligent product innovation. He used to be the founder of Qiniu Limited Artificial Intelligence Laboratory, the technical partner of Qiniu Limited products, the deputy director of Fudan-Qiniu deep learning laboratory, the product R&D manager of IBM Global System Technology Laboratory and the expert representative of China Construction Bank head office. Since 2016, Peng Yao has continuously and successfully cultivated and expanded two industrial unicorn enterprises within 7 years. In April 2019, he founded Supremind. In respects of awards, Peng Yao has won “40 Chinese Business Elites under-40” of Fortune, 2021 Outstanding Innovation and Entrepreneurship Talents in Zhangjiang National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone, 2021 Top 10 Chinese Entrepreneurs, etc.
Dr. Aiying WANG
President and CEO, Greater China and Southeast Asia Envac Environment Technology (A Stena Subsidiary)
Dr. Aiying Wang joined Envac in 2021 as President & CEO, Greater China & South East Asia. Aiying leads the team to focus on growth in China, HK, Singapore, Malaysia and adjacent areas in the segments of eco-cities, hospitals, airports and buildings. Envac is committed to the mission of a better environment, greener earth, and desirable communities. Prior to Envac, Aiying served as VP/GM of APAC Electrical Component Division at Eaton. She led the APAC team to upgrade the R&D capabilities and operational excellence with a healthy business growth through a clear strategy and consistent execution. Between 2011 to 2016, Aiying was Business Operation VP/GM for KEMET Electronics in China where she took great pride in the team for achieving worldwide record performance and creating a sustainable positive culture. Before moving to China, Aiying worked in the USA from 1993 to 2011 in a diversity of roles, as material scientist at BIC Corp., as manager of R&D, Process Engineering and Operations at KEMET, and as Leader of Technical Source at Michelin North America. Aiying holds a Ph.D. degree in Physical Chemistry from the USA and a BS in Chemistry from China. She is an inventor of more than a dozen granted US patents. In 2018 Aiying received Mindspan (Australia) Executive Coaching Certification which further supports her passion to raise the bar for leadership in the community. Aiying served as Chair for AmCham Suzhou Advisory Committee. In June 2021, Aiying received the Award of “Women in Tech” by Forbes China in recognition of her proactive contribution to STEM fields and in setting examples for women leadership; In Nov. 2021, Aiying was honored to be on Fortune China 2021 MPW (Most Powerful Women) Business Leader list with influential women leaders from Fortune 500 global and China companies. Aiying has recently be elected as Board Director for Swedish Chamber of China. Envac AB is the inventor of the automated pneumatic waste collection system (PWCS /AWCS). AIA, LEED AP AIA Shanghai | Beijing 2023 President Having more than 25 years of experience worldwide in planning, design, operations, and management, Anderson brings interdisciplinary knowledge underpinned by a comprehensive understanding of local and global practices. He had nurtured high-performing integrated teams that delivered innovative yet practical solutions to clients, with his astute sense of the market and in-depth expertise. In his current role with AECOM, he drives the growth across Mainland China as well as develops and executes the business strategy, cultivates new client relationships, and deepens existing ones. Starting as an architect and urban designer, Anderson has worked at international firms such as EDAW and HOK. In recent years he spearheaded various urban regeneration and transit-oriented development projects and received recognition as an export by the Beijing Urban Planning Society. Significant projects Anderson has contributed to in his career in Mainland China include Nantong Transit Hub urban design, the Daye Lake Ecological New District in Huangshi, and Dongguan West Transit Hub—all received planning awards in China recently. He is the American Institute of Architects AIA Shanghai I Beijing Chapter 2022 Vice President / 2023 President, a registered architect in Taiwan, and a LEED-accredited professional. He graduated from Chung Yuan Christian University with a Bachelor of Architecture and received his Master of Science in Architecture and Urban Design degree from Columbia University.
