Navigating Technological Change:

Challenges and Opportunities for Leaders

Monday, December 18 at 5:30 pm

Schwarzman College, Tsinghua University

CFLD Hall, B1 Level

Demands on leaders seem to be ever-accelerating: information flows, social media and ever dynamic technology mean that leaders operate in environments that are hardly ever stable or predictable. Yet there are also opportunities to be reaped - reaching new communities, breaking the constraints of geography and new platforms for collaboration and creativity. Drawing on Aaron's experience as a Singapore policymaker, community leader, poet and scholar of technology, this session will explore how leaders can manage the emerging risks of a world where technology is ubiquitous, make the most of the opportunities, while also exercising care for their own and their teams' emotional and mental wellness.
