Ms. Nicole Chen serves as Managing Director for North APAC and Country Head for China at the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG). She is responsible for overseeing business development and strategic execution across Greater China and the North Asia region. Her focus is on delivering world-class data and financial infrastructure solutions that span capital markets, data analytics, indices, risk management, and post-trade services.
Since joining the data and analytics industry in 2006, Ms. Chen has cultivated nearly two decades of deep expertise in the field. She has accumulated extensive leadership experience and played a key role in driving LSEG’s strategic execution and long-term growth across China and North APAC. Her strengths include corporate strategy development, digital transformation, cross-border collaboration, and capital markets advancement.
Prior to joining LSEG, Ms. Chen held various strategic and management consulting roles at leading global firms, including IBM. In recognition of her outstanding contributions to financial services and data analytics, she was named one of Fortune magazine’s “Most Powerful Women in Business” from 2021 to 2024. Ms. Chen is a graduate of the EMBA program at Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management.
Hui joined the leading home furnishing brand IKEA in 2010, and with 15 years of experience in IKEA, Hui has acted as Global Category Leader in IKEA of Sweden, New Business Manager in IKEA Purchasing Operation Area East Asia, Platform Development Leader in IKEA of Sweden and now she is the President of IKEA Supply Area East Asia, based in Shanghai.
She is a leader with excellent leadership, international view, and innovative thinking. Over the past decade, she successfully introduced Chinese office chair manufacturers into IKEA comprehensive product development system, through a global sourcing strategy. Starting from scratch, she built a new business team in East Asia and led the team to successfully introduce new materials such as recycled PET, and renewable plastic PLA to IKEA. Led the development of modular platform for IKEA's table and chair series, which accounted for 10% of IKEA global business volume. This platform innovation significantly reduced product development time while enhancing efficiency and quality. And now, Hui's leadership elevated her supply region to the top position in IKEA's global rankings, to develop and support the supply business for IKEA products in East Asia. Her series of achievements have not only made an indelible contribution to IKEA global business growth but have also made a positive impact on the optimization, upgrading, and development of the furniture industry in China, as well as the circular economy development.
Graduated from Xi’an Jiaotong University with a Bachelor’s Degree of Industrial Design and Chalmers University of Technology in Sweden with a Master’s Degree of Production and Operation Management.

Ms. Cui Li joined ZTE in 1999. She currently serves as Chief Development Officer and Chief of Staff, focusing on strategic business expansion, and the exploration and development of industry insights. Ms. Cui has extensive work experience in ICT technologies and markets. She has been working as Vice President of ZTE Corporation since 2005, successively in charge of the global strategic planning and marketing of CDMA products and wireless networks, integrated commercial and technical solutions, and corporate branding.
Ms. Cui has a wealth of technical expertise and managerial experience in the global telecom industry. She is named to the 2021 Forbes China 50 Top Women in Tech and 2021, 2022 and 2023 Fortune China's Most Powerful Women in Business - Future List. Ms. Cui Li holds a master's degree in engineering from Southeast University and an EMBA degree from Tsinghua University.

WEI Xue is the Vice President & Chief of the ESG Office at TCL Technology Group Corporation. She is also the Chairperson of TCL Charity Foundation and the Founder of Huameng Foundation.
Ms. Wei established PRAP China Public Relations Consultants, Inc. in 1997 and served as its President. In 2004, she founded the Asian Association of Women's Development and assumed the role of Chairperson. Two years on, she was appointed General Brand Consultant at TCL Corporation, and later co-founded Huameng Foundation with her husband, Mr. LIDongsheng.
In 2012, Ms. Wei became Executive Chairperson at TCL Charity Foundation, and in 2014, she took on the role of Chairperson at TCL Media & Entertainment Co. Ltd. Yvonne Xie is the new media executive editor of Fortune China.She previously served as the managing editor of the business department for China Daily’s website and as senior manager of global communications for the Dalian Wanda Group.Ms.Xie is the co-winner of the 20th China News Awards for Best Interview.She graduated from Nankai University and the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
Cherry Zhu is currently president of Dow Greater China. She leads the strategic business growth, market development and financial performance for the region. She also plays a key role enhancing company's employee experience in Greater China and advancing a culture of inclusion and diversity.
Previously, Cherry was global product director for Dow Consumer Solutions responsible for leading Engineered Materials and Elastomers growth and managing business Profit & Loss.
Zhu joined Dow in 2001 as technical service & development engineer for Engineering Plastics in China. Since 2004, she had taken on various leadership roles, including product manager for glass bonding adhesives in Europe, Asia Pacific commercial director for Dow Automotive Systems, and Asia Pacific product director for Dow Elastomers.
Cherry earned her master's degree in Polymer Science & Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2000 and her MBA from Northwood University, USA in 2010. She stays with her family in Shanghai.
