CAI, Jinqing started her career in 1993 in New York as an associate in a strategic consulting company. She then moved to Hong Kong to work for private equity fund management companies, k1 Ventures and Lark International Entertainment Limited, focusing on the media and entertainment industries. In 2002, she co-founded the PR firm New Alliance Consulting International in Beijing and managed the highly successful inaugural annual conference of Boao Forum for Asia. In 2005, Ms. Cai became the founding partner of Brunswick Beijing, playing a central role in the PR firm’s high profile cross-border transactions. In 2012, Ms. Cai joined the leading auction house Christie’s as the first Managing Director of Christie’s China. She was appointed President of Christie’s China in 2014 and then Chairman in 2016. Ms. Cai received her bachelor’s degree from Wellesley College in Massachusetts and a Master’s in Public Affairs from Woodrow Wilson School of International and Public Affairs, Princeton University. She was born and raised in Beijing and was an undergraduate student at Beijing University, before pursuing her education overseas. Ms. Cai is on the international advisory board of the New York Philharmonic Orchestra, and serves as a board member of Teach for China, a non-profit organization focusing on education inequality in China In parallel with her new role at Kering Greater China, Ms. Cai retains a consulting role at Christie’s, serving as Chairwoman of the company’s Asia Advisory Board. Ms. Cai will be joining the Board of Mandarin Oriental International Limited as Non-Executive Directors with effect from 1st December 2021.

Ms. Nicole Chen serves as Managing Director for North APAC and Country Head for China at the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG). She is responsible for overseeing business development and strategic execution across Greater China and the North Asia region. Her focus is on delivering world-class data and financial infrastructure solutions that span capital markets, data analytics, indices, risk management, and post-trade services. 

Since joining the data and analytics industry in 2006, Ms. Chen has cultivated nearly two decades of deep expertise in the field. She has accumulated extensive leadership experience and played a key role in driving LSEG’s strategic execution and long-term growth across China and North APAC. Hui joined the leading home furnishing brand IKEA in 2010, and with 15 years of experience in IKEA, Hui has acted as Global Category Leader in IKEA of Sweden, New Business Manager in IKEA Purchasing Operation Area East Asia, Platform Development Leader in IKEA of Sweden and now she is the President of IKEA Supply Area East Asia, based in Shanghai. 

She is a leader with excellent leadership, international view, and innovative thinking. Over the past decade, she successfully introduced Chinese office chair manufacturers into IKEA comprehensive product development system, through a global sourcing strategy. Starting from scratch, she built a new business team in East Asia and led the team to successfully introduce new materials such as recycled PET, and renewable plastic PLA to IKEA. Dr. Jielin Dong is a part-time research fellow of the China Institute for Science and Technology Policy at Tsinghua University. Her recent work is the book “A brief history of human innovation: the power of desires”. Dr. Dong was a distinguished professor of Soochow University, and the director of the Center for Enterprise Innovation and Development of Soochow University. Through her career, she has worked for Fortune 500 technology companies such as Lucent and Cisco, as well as financial companies and scientific institutes. Dr. Dong finished her Ph.D. degree in physics in Carnegie Mellon University in 1988 and B.S. in Zhongshan University in 1982.

Gina Huang joined S&P Global (China) Ratings as Chief Executive Officer in January 2022, steering the company’s strategy planning and business development. Bessie Yuan is General Manager of Microsoft China. Phyllis is responsible for the overall business of McDonald’s in the Chinese mainland, overseeing the Company’s business strategy and development. Phyllis joined McDonald’s in 2000 and had served as the managing director in the Chinese mainland, Singapore and Malaysia. In 2015, she became the CEO of McDonald's China. Under her leadership, the number of restaurants in the Chinese mainland has doubled with rapid expansion in lower-tier cities. Envisioning the roadmap of digital transformation, she led the company to establish a comprehensive data-driven system and elevate customer dining experience through omni-channel digital platforms. Zhang Weili is a Chinese mixed martial artist.She competes in the strawweight division of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), where she is the current and two- time UFC Women's Strawweight Champion.She is the first ever Chinese champion in UFC.When she was 12, her parents sent her to a specialized martial arts school in Handan where she began training in Sanda.After winning Sanda championships of the Hebei province multiple times, a recurring back injury sustained in training forced her to quit the sport early.At the age of 17 she moved to Beijing, where she worked various odd jobs: cashier at a supermarket, kindergarten teacher, security guard and hotel desk clerk.In 2010 she found a job at a local Beijing gym as a fitness instructor, and was allowed to use their equipment for free after the gym closed in the evenings.She later switched to a front desk job, through which she got to know fighters who trained at the gym.In 2012, She was noticed by coach Cai Xuejun, who recognized her potential and started training her in MMA.Zhang Weili reclaimed her UFC strawweight champion title in November 2022 at Madison Square Garden in New York after she losing the belt in April 2021.

Zhu joined Dow in 2001 as technical service & development engineer for Engineering Plastics in China. Since 2004, she had taken on various leadership roles, including product manager for glass bonding adhesives in Europe, Asia Pacific commercial director for Dow Automotive Systems, and Asia Pacific product director for Dow Elastomers. 

Cherry earned her master's degree in Polymer Science & Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2000 and her MBA from Northwood University, USA in 2010. She stays with her family in Shanghai.

Ms. Jerry Zhang is Executive Vice Chairman and CEO, Standard Chartered China, and China & Japan Cluster CEO, Standard Chartered Bank. Prior to this role, Jerry has held a variety of senior roles at Standard Chartered China. She was the Bank’s Deputy CEO, China and CEO, North China and General Manager, Beijing Branch. Her key focuses were strategic planning, business development and corporate governance of the Bank’s operations in North China. As the General Manager of Beijing Branch, she was also responsible for overall management of Beijing Branch. Jerry enjoys a strong track record in setting up good relationship with clients and creating value both for the bank and the clients. In her position as Head of Financial Institutions (“FI”), Jerry has led to achieve frog leap developments of the Bank’s FI business, which has become the biggest FI business amongst all foreign banks in China in almost all aspects. Jerry joined Standard Chartered in 1994, and has accumulated rich mplementation and management experiences in wholesale banking business. She has successfully established non-banking financial institutions business in China for the Bank. In 2009, she has left the Bank for a short duration, and taken the role as Chief Representative of Fidelity International Asset Management Co. Beijing Representative Office. Zhu Sijie previously worked at Shanda Capital and founded Scheme Capital in 2015.
