    Participation

    Registration and Enrollment

    1. Please register online and fill in your personal information (accurately fill in your name, e-mail address, occupation and other key information with "*" for the acceptance of e-tickets and other related information). Fill in the registration information and select the course to pay, payment is completed after the confirmation information sent to the reserved mailbox.

    *Please note that name, occupation, title and nationality (country) will appear on your name badge during the conference, if you leave title or country blank, title and nationality will not be displayed.


    Ticket Includes

    1. October 24th - October 26th conference pass, including all academic sharing courses and keynote speeches in the schedule;

    2. Visiting the exhibition area or participating in the interactive sessions during the conference;

    3. Discussions and questions arranged in each course, and the opportunity to communicate with lecturers face-to-face;

    4. Three-day lunch from October 24th to October 26th, meal vouchers will be sent when you sign in, please take care of them;

    5. Soft drinks, desserts, etc. provided regularly during the program from October 24th to October 26th;

    Notes

    1. Staff of Hung Yu Medical V-Clamp partner centers are required to upload supporting documents work permit when purchasing tickets at the discounted price. It is not excluded that under special circumstances, you may be required to provide additional information to prove your eligibility for the discount.

    2. Accommodation is not included (if you need the organizer's help to book a hotel, please check the box and pay when you register).

    3. Excluding V-Clamp equipment practice course (if you need to attend the course, please check and pay when registering).

    Cancellation and Refund

    Refunds after ticket purchase will be charged

    If you need to transfer the ticket, please contact the organizer at least 15 working days before the event to change the new attendee's information, the transfer of tickets will not be accepted within 15 working days before the event.


    Other, on-site photo and video use

    The organizer will take photos/videos during the event. These photos/videos will be used for promotional purposes on our or our partners' public platforms or in our or our partners' news, reports, guides, brochures, advertisements and/or social media. The Organizer is permitted to process the data on the basis of the Organizer's legitimate interest in being able to share the photos/videos for journalistic purposes and to enhance the Organizer's brand awareness and the reputation of the conference or client. The invasion of your privacy is limited as much as possible by notifying you in advance and giving you the opportunity to object to the processing. When your ticket purchase is completed, you agree by default to the above relevant provisions.
