    Registration and Enrollment

    Ticket Includes

    1. October 24th - October 26th conference pass, including all academic sharing courses and keynote speeches in the schedule.

    2. Visiting the exhibition area or participating in the interactive sessions during the conference.

    3. Discussions and questions arranged in each course, and the opportunity to communicate with lecturers face-to-face;

    4. three-day lunch from October 24th to October 26th, meal vouchers will be sent when you sign in, please take care of them;

    1. Students and staff of Hung Yu Medical V-Clamp partner centers are required to upload supporting documents such as student ID or work permit when purchasing tickets at the discounted price. It is not excluded that under special circumstances, you may be required to provide additional information to prove your eligibility for the discount.

    Refunds after ticket purchase will be charged

    If you need to transfer the ticket, please contact the organizer at least 15 working days before the event to change the new attendee's information, the transfer of tickets will not be accepted within 15 working days before the event.
