    1. Students and staff of Hung Yu Medical V-Clamp partner centers are required to upload supporting documents such as student ID or work permit when purchasing tickets at the discounted price. It is not excluded that under special circumstances, you may be required to provide additional information to prove your eligibility for the discount.

    Cancellation and Refund

    Refunds after ticket purchase will be charged

    If you need to transfer the ticket, please contact the organizer at least 15 working days before the event to change the new attendee's information, the transfer of tickets will not be accepted within 15 working days before the event.


    Other, on-site photo and video use

    The organizer will take photos/videos during the event. These photos/videos will be used for promotional purposes on our or our partners' public platforms or in our or our partners' news, reports, guides, brochures, advertisements and/or social media. The Organizer is permitted to process the data on the basis of the Organizer's legitimate interest in being able to share the photos/videos for journalistic purposes and to enhance the Organizer's brand awareness and the reputation of the conference or client. The invasion of your privacy is limited as much as possible by notifying you in advance and giving you the opportunity to object to the processing.
