We are honored to have a Police Officer from Shenzhen Exit-Entry Administration and an expert of Shenzhen International Talent Service Centre to provide you with the latest Immigration & Exit and Entry policy to help our member companies and friends better understand the current situation.
我们诚邀您参与中国德国商会举办的出入境相关政策宣讲会活动。来自深圳市出入境管理局的警官及深圳市移民事务服务厅-国际人才服务中心专家将一同为您提供最新的出入境政策信息，帮助会员企业更好地了解现有的政策情况。
The seminar will focus mainly on the below 5 areas:
活动将围绕以下5个领域进行讲解：
1. 外国人来华就业手续新办政策解读 Interpretation of New Policies for Foreigners' Employment Procedures in China
Clarify and analyze the conditions, procedures, and required documents for foreigners seeking employment in China. Provide practical examples for various special cases.
外籍人员来华就业的条件，办理流程和资料进行梳理解析。案例解读各类特殊情况的处理，为企业招聘外籍员工提供清晰指引。
2. 境内办理签证和居留许可的介绍 Domestic Visa & Residence Permit Application
Latest policy of China's permanent residency, focused on the role of permanent Residence Permit, application conditions, application materials, application process and so on.
Introduction to the Application Process for Visa Extension, Changes, and Residence Permits in China. Discuss application requirements, necessary documents, application locations, and potential problems and solutions.
介绍在中国境内办理签证延期、变更以及居留许可的申请流程，包括申请条件、所需材料、申请地点以及可能遇到的问题和解决方案。帮助外国公民更好地理解中国移民政策，确保他们的合法居留。
3. 永久居留办理介绍 Permanent Residence Permit Application/PHD Permanent Residence Application
Introduce the conditions, procedures, and required materials for applying for permanent residence permits. Explain the requirements for PhD Permanent Residence application, and required materials.
介绍申请永久居留许可的条件、流程和所需材料，如何准备和提交申请。我们还将讨论永久居留许可的优势和义务，帮助参与者做出明智的决策。
4. 海牙公约介绍 Hague Convention-Apostille
Explain China's accession to the Hague Convention, the changes in documentation after November 7, 2023, the process of Hague certification and samples will be clearly explained.
2023年3月8日，中国加入《取消外国公文书认证要求的公约》（以下简称《公约》或《海牙公约》）。同年11月7日起，该公约缔约国签发的《公约》范围内的公文书只需办理附加证明书（Apostille）即可使用，无需办理各国使领馆的领事认证。参与者将了解到如何通过《海牙公约》简化文件认证流程，以及这一公约对于在华外国公民的日常生活和商务活动的影响。
5. 其它外国人在华注意事项 Other Things to Keep in Mind for Foreigners Visiting or Living in China
