We are excited to host our first HR roundtable event on the topic of "Cognitive Insights: Optimizing Conversations through Neuroscience". Our guest speakers, Eike Westerholt and Silke Schroeer, are both esteemed experts in Leadership Coaching and Career Development. They will share their insights on how neuroscience can be applied to enhance communication skills in the workplace. This is the beginning of a series of events aimed at building a strong HR community.
"Cognitive Insights: Optimizing Conversations through Neuroscience" offers a transformative approach by integrating neuroscience principles into everyday workplace interactions. This topic provides professionals with valuable insights into how the brain functions during conversations, empowering them to enhance communication, foster emotional intelligence, and mitigate cognitive biases. Through exploration of a practical tool to leverage more effective conversations, this sesssion will be highly interactive.
