Junqi Wang

Founder, Chairman and CEO, ChromX

Dr. Wang Junqi (UMich PhD, Yale postdoc) is a global leader in micro gas chromatography, recognized as a national talent by China's MIIT and Guangzhou innovation leader. As chief scientist of two national projects, he serves as a doctoral supervisor at the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei National Tech Innovation Center and a director of the Chinese Research Hospital Association.

A member of national/provincial/municipal expert pools, he has published 24 papers and filed 40 patents (26 granted), with invited lectures at Harvard, Yale, IEEE Transducer, and Dow Chemical.

In 2021, he founded ChromX, developing the world's first clinical-grade bedside breath analyzer using micro gas chromatography. The technology was featured in China's "13th Five-Year Plan" Sci-Tech Exhibition, with the product securing China's first Class II medical device certification for breath testing and a national disruptive tech project approval.

ChromX, a National High-Tech Enterprise, was named by Fortune as "China's Most Socially Influential Startup," Forbes as "Asia-Pacific's 100 Most Promising," and Frost & Sullivan as "Global Breath Diagnostics Leader." Dr. Wang was listed in Fortune's 2024-25 "40 Under 40," Forbes' "2025 China Industry Pioneers," and selected for the 15th National Games' "365 Days, 365 People" program.

Liu Hongjie

Founder, Chairman and CEO, REEXEN

Dr. Liu Hongjie, graduated with a Ph.D. from ETH, founder and CEO of Reexen Technology, Professorate Senior Engineer of Integrated Circuit in Guangdong province, leader of the Shenzhen key research team: Peacock Team, leader of the special project Advanced Computing and New Software of the National Key R&D Program (2023), MIT 35U35 innovators (2022, global list); member of the National Intelligent Brain-Inspired Computing Standards Organization, and leader of the EU Horizon key research project of Computing in Memory. During her doctoral studies, she engaged in innovative research in the field of brain-inspired computing in the world's top neuromorphic perception computing laboratory. She has published several international first-class conference/journal papers on brain-inspired chips and visual processing chips. She is the inventor of event and frame fusion processing chips and 6T1C in-memory computing. She is also a member of the IEEE CAS Sensor Technical Committee.
