On April 27, 2025, the German Chamber of Commerce in China, in collaboration with adidas and the charity organization "Running in the Dark", will host a special volunteer training event at the adidas Runbase on Shanghai's Xuhui Riverfront. This event will provide participants with a unique opportunity to experience the challenges faced by visually impaired runners in sports activities through explanations and guidance from professional coaches. Volunteers will work in pairs, taking turns wearing blindfolds to understand and empathize with the difficulties and needs of visually impaired individuals while running.

2025年4月27日，中国德国商会将携手阿迪达斯与公益组织“黑暗跑团”，在上海徐汇滨江阿迪达斯跑步基地举办一场特别的志愿陪跑培训活动。此次活动将为参与者提供一个独特的机会，通过专业教练的讲解和指导，亲身体验盲人跑步者在运动中所面对的挑战。志愿者们将以两人一组的形式，轮流佩戴眼罩，理解并感受视障者在跑步时的困难与需求。

This event, initiated by the ESG Alliance of German Chamber of Commerce in China, aims to promote the concept of Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) by collaborating with people from diverse backgrounds and with different abilities to jointly advance social harmony. We welcome members of the German Chamber of Commerce to participate actively, conveying understanding and support for the visually impaired community through practical actions, and working together to foster a more inclusive and harmonious society.

本次活动由中国德国商会ESG联盟发起，旨在倡导多元化与包容性（D&I）的理念，通过与不同背景、不同能力的人群合作，共同推动社会的和谐发展。我们欢迎中国德国商会会员积极参与，用实际行动向社会传递对视障群体的理解与支持，共同推动更加包容且和谐的社会发展。

**Please note that

• If needed, Adidas Runbase can provide free try-on service for participants during the event. Please ensure to register your shoe size when you register so that we can make the necessary preparations. 如有需要，Adidas Runbase 可以在活动期间为参与者提供免费试穿跑鞋的服务。请务必在报名时登记您的鞋码，以便我们能够做好准备。

• If it rains on the day of the event, it will be rescheduled. 如活动当日遇雨天，活动将延期，具体日期另行通知。

• Limited seats, first-come, first-served.
