当下，电商、新媒体等行业蓬勃发展，轻创业模式兴起，越来越多女性踏上创业之路，已然成为创业大潮中不可小觑的力量。她们冲破传统与家庭束缚，凭借行业机遇与自身优势，勇敢追梦、开拓事业，展现出巨大的潜能与女性力量。除了成为妻子和母亲外，女性的人生充满无限可能。
中国市场监管总局公布数据显示，截至2024年底，中国女性参与投资的民营法人企业总量突破2300万户，占全部民营法人企业的41.6%，可以说，在中国，女性撑起了创业的半边天。
然而，创业本就艰辛，女性在创业途中更是困难重重，除资金、资源、经验等难题外，还要承受婚育、性别歧视等来自家庭和社会的双重压力。
值母亲节前夕，中国德国商会将携手WeWork中国，于5月8日在广州举办“创业女性”主题沙龙。届时，我们将邀请优秀的创业女性嘉宾分享她们的拼搏故事与宝贵经验，与各行各业正在或即将创业的女性同胞们齐聚一堂，交流心得体会，共同探索新机遇。
本次活动旨在启迪女性探索自身可能性，帮助创业者更高效应对挑战，助力更多女性成长与独立。

Today, more and more women are starting their own businesses. With e-commerce and new media booming and easy-start business models emerging, women are now a major force in entrepreneurship. Breaking free from tradition and family limits, they seize chances and use their strengths to chase dreams and build careers, showing women’s limitless capabilities and possibilities.
According to China’s Market Regulation Administration, by the end of 2024, over 23 million private companies in China had female investors, accounting for 41.6% of the total. Evidently, women fuel half of China's entrepreneurial momentum.
But starting a business is hard, and women face extra hurdles. Besides money, resource, and experience shortages, they also bear more family and social pressures like marriage, parenting, and gender bias.
On the eve of Mother's Day, the German Chamber of Commerce in China, in collaboration with WeWork China, will host the "Women in Business" themed salon in Guangzhou on May 8. We will invite outstanding female entrepreneurs to share their inspiring stories and valuable experiences. Women in different types of business will gather to exchange insights and explore new opportunities.
This event is an opportunity to celebrate women's achievements in business, explore women's potentials and possiblities, help startups better tackle challenges, and empower more women to grow and thrive.

“成为自己的光” 女性赋能计划
As an important bridge for Sino-German exchanges, the German Chamber of Commerce in China · South & Southwest (GCC · SSW) is committed not only to fostering economic and trade ties, but to promoting a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). In line with this mission, GCC · SSW proposes the "Be Your Own Light" Women Empowerment Initiative in 2024, which advocates self-recognition, self-promotion and self-achievement. This initiative aims to empower women, supporting their personal growth and career development, so as to enhance women's power and DEI in the workplace and beyond.
作为中德交流的重要桥梁之一，中国德国商会 · 华南及西南地区在致力于两国间经贸往来的同时，也一直积极参与推动社会的多元、公平和包容文化发展。为助力女性力量发展，中国德国商会 · 华南与西南地区于2024年正式提出“成为自己的光” 女性赋能倡议，倡导女性更多地关注自我、认可自我、提升自我、成就自我。这项行动倡议旨在赋能女性，帮助其个人成长与职业发展，从而推动职场与社会的多元化、公平性和包容性。
To bring this initiative to life, we will join hands with a broad network of women and partners to build up a women mutual-help community - WE Community and co-create with the community a rich variety of meaningful women-themed events and activities.
