Strong competition, weak demand, trade tensions, bureaucratic hurdles – the list is long. While businesses of all sizes must navigate this increasingly complex environment, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) face specific challenges that require flexible, pragmatic solutions and mutual exchange.
To help frame the discussion, Susanne Rademacher, Board Member of the German Chamber of Commerce in China - North China and Partner and Chief Representative at ADVANT Beiten, will share some initial reflections from a legal and strategic perspective. Her remarks will serve as a starting point for an open conversation among participants about the concrete difficulties they are facing and the strategies they are employing to respond.
This closed-door roundtable provides a space for peer-to-peer exchange in a confidential setting and is open exclusively to member companies. We look forward to your active participation.
