According to the Survey conducted by the German Chamber of Commerce, compliance with Cross-Border Data Transfer (CBDT) regulations is a critical concern for German enterprises, impacting 68% of German companies operating in China. In February of this year, the Shanghai Free Trade Zone Lin-gang New Area officially released its inaugural Negative List for data outbound transfers and Operational Guidelines, covering data related to Intelligent Connected Vehicles, Biomedicine, Public Funds, Reinsurance, Shipping and Securities, and addressing various application scenarios and data items.
To gain a comprehensive understanding of the relevant policies and assist our member companies in conducting Cross-Border Data Transfers efficiently and in compliance with regulations, the German Chamber of Commerce - East China cordially invites you to participate in the offline event: "Data Cross-Border Transfer Policy Briefing and Case Studies" . At this event, data experts from the Lin-gang New Area Management Committee of Shanghai will provide insights into the latest policies and regulations, offering clear practical guidance and case studies to help businesses navigate data cross-border transfers.
