填写上课日期和时间时，请务必根据如下相应位置处的提示信息，提供准确的第一天和最后一天的上课日期，及上课开始和结束时间。不准确的信息将导致上课时无法访问课件，或课后无法准确统计学生证书数量，影响您的校园大使定级和奖励。 在上课前 3 天左右，DLI 团队将以邮件的形式，将 Event Code 发送给您。请在收到 Event code 到第一天上课当天期间，让学生们使用 Event code 加载以获取课件。Event code 过期失效，无法再补课件。

Before the official class begins, please fill out this application form at least 4 weeks (28 days) in advance so we can reserve the relevant platform resources for you.

**NOTE**

When entering the class dates and times, please ensure you provide the exact first and last day of the class, as well as the start and end times, based on the prompts in the corresponding fields. Inaccurate information may result in inaccessible course materials during the class or incorrect student certificate counts after the session, which could affect your Ambassador ranking and rewards.

Approximately 3 days before the class, the DLI team will email you the Event Code. From the time you receive the Event Code until the first day of the class, students should use it to load and access the course materials. Once expired, the Event Code cannot be reused to retrieve materials.
